This home is perfect for multiple families and larger groups, boasts a private pool alongside a hot tub, two primary bedrooms, plus a recreation room that can serve as an additional living area so that everyone can have their own space. Your family will love spending time together in the living room that features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and hardwood floors. With a dining area that seats ten, a second dining area for six, and bar seating at the kitchen for four more, everyone can enjoy meals together. Set Back & Relax is a pet-friendly home, so plan on bringing the entire family, including the four-legged members! Only 95 yards to the beach, you can see the ocean from the top deck!

OUTSTANDING!!!

Our place was fabulous!! All 3 floors!! The balcony view was beautiful!! I slept in the king suite! The room was great! I highly recommend staying here! It was close to the beach and the pool was big enough for our family!!

We felt the property was not as well maintained as photos showed; the photos were not representative of the house. just this first photo is misrepresenting--the entrance area was totally full of stuff, including a hot tub which was shown as being in pool area. There were many other disappointing aspects of the house mainly which include a lack of maintenance of the property, both on interior and exterior. We can say, however, the location was excellent as well as the atmosphere (i.e., the beach). I wish we had more positive things to say but based on what we paid we expected more than what we got, for example, sheets and towels were left at our door and we had to make our own beds upon arrival AND we were provided a minimum number of towels which meant doing laundry on vacation. We did not let these issues/lack of maintenance ruin our family vacation which was the whole point of going there. We just wish that what we were shown was actually what the property appeared to be.
