The Space:

This beautifully updated house in South Chatham is located at the end of a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac and nestled in the scrub pines, just a ten-minute drive to nearby beaches.



This modern “smart home” has all the amenities with a large central smart TV and open floor plan including an eat-in kitchen, a cozy living room with a puzzle and game table, and a full bathroom. The kitchen sliders open to a deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, gas grill and outdoor shower and is the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or a day of shopping and dining in town. Two bedrooms offer queen beds (one with an en-suite half bath, another with a work desk). Both have plenty of natural light, cell-phone charger stations, remote-controlled ceiling fans, central air, and reading lamps.



Enjoy coffee and sunbathing in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the deck, or ping pong and soft darts downstairs complete with a walk out basement- level patio and outdoor fire pit with seating for six. This home is a little off-the-beaten path, but perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of town!

Very nice

We had a great time. Could use a few hooks and maybe a shelf in the small powder room. Also new coffee pot. The delay function didn’t work. Basement could use a few more working lights. Overall the rental met our needs. We would probably look at one closer to or on the beach next time.

Great House

We loved our stay at this house! It was close enough to everything (beach, restaurants, stores) but also off the beaten path so it was quiet and relaxing. Very clean, great outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely, cozy cottage with space for small family to unwind!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds and linens were very comfortable, as well as the sofa in the living room area. We also really liked the large bar counter to sit out for breakfast, coffee, board games and the outdoor deck. A bonus was in the basement. They had an area for exercise/weights/mat work. We used it almost daily. That was a bonus. Our son also loved the ping-pong table in the basement. For a small family this place is very nice— Good location too. It would’ve been ideal if both bathrooms had a shower.

Fabulous Cottage

We stayed 4 nights in this adorable property. It was sparkling clean and everything we needed was there. It is close to downtown Chatham but very quiet and private.

Clean and Updated

The house was clean and updated. Would be better if they had a king sized bed, latch on refrigerator door to hold closed was a nuisance and counter space in bathrooms was very small. The owners take pride in their rental and supplied everything needed to enjoy your stay. I would recommend.

Cozy autumn weekend

Rental house was very cozy and clean with enough essentials (towels, dish soap, sponge, TP, etc) to avoid a trip to the store during our short stay. Having the keyless entry was nice and full cable (other rental properties only have Roku which doesn’t give good channels) so we felt right at home. Very good stay and would recommend for proximity to center of town.

Great summer getaway in Chatham!

We enjoyed staying at this property. The house was immaculate at check in and just as described. Easy check in and checkout. The house is well accommodated and modern but is very comfortable at the same time. Great location close to both downtown Chatham and Harwich.

Just what we were looking for—and more!

This property is a true gem! For a small family or group of friends, this updated, clean, warm, and welcoming cottage can’t be beat! Honestly, the photos are great, but the space is even better in-person! The location—minutes to Chatham beaches, as well as Chatham and Harwich stops—is ideal. The house is located within a safe and well-maintained, yet quiet neighborhood. We felt supported, planned for, and valued as renters, and we would love to be back very soon, if we can find any open dates!! We did not have to worry about a thing—there is plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, towels, linens, and toiletries for a small visit or the start to a longer stay. We really felt they went the extra mile with this sweet place, and it shows! Thank you for helping to make our trip so wonderful!

Perfect!

Clean, quaint little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Updated and modern. Close to Chatham which is a great central location on the Cape and has lots of great restaurants, beaches and shops to visit. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Perfect get-away!

Relaxing Stay at the Cape

The house was a relaxing place to stay after a very crazy year. It was clean. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. My husband, our very talented family cook, even enjoyed the knives, pots, etc. in the kitchen - usually lacking in a rental, but this house had quality supplies in the kitchen. Our only complaint, a pretty big one for me, was the lack of a true "outdoor" shower in my estimation. The "outdoor shower" is stated in the description, but you can NOT truly shower out there. The shower is not enclosed! In my opinion, this is more like a place to rinse off sand and less about an outdoor shower for a post beach day. This did detract from the enjoyment of our stay and led to some sand making its way into the house.
