great location and spacious apartment

Beautiful location, well decorated with good character. The terrace was a nice peaceful place with rooftop views. The hosts were helpful It took us a while to find out how to turn the hot water on. The bath was also slippy coming out of the shower and we weren't expecting all the internal stairs within the apartment. We also didn't easily find the kitchen light, so maybe we needed a few more instructions

Great location, quiet and near all main attractions. Very good restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to water taxi stop. Spacious ( for Venice) apartment, well refurbished although the low wooden beams in the bedroom were somewhat troublesome! Recommended.

A lovely little apartment!

Views on Venice offered us great service, from booking to checkin and more! The apartment was as described and had what we needed. Location was perfect. Quiet but close to everything. We loved it. We are average height and found the bedroom a little difficult when dealing with our clothing. Some additional storage in the eves might help?

Lovely spot

Couldn't be better located, right next to water stop, 10 mins to san Marco Piazza, quiet street: sleep soundly and be in the middle of action. Responsive hosts. Best not stand up too tall in the bedroom, and couch could use a cleaning -- but overall wonderful spot.

We were very happy one week in september 08 in this cosy appartment. Clean, bright, confortable and well equiped. Central situated, we were happy to have this oasis between two endless trips in the labyrinth. The great hit is the little terrace,enjoiying a glass of (italian) wine at the beautiful sunset... The bedroom is not very high and the bed is 160 cm large - for us, an elder couple, not confortable, so one of us had to sleep on the (large) sofa, but it was OK.

Sweet apartment in dreamy Venezia

We were warmly greeted at the vaporetto by Valentina who then got us settled in at the sweet apartment, giving us information on fascinating out of the way places to explore and great places to eat. The balcony was a wonderfully quiet space to relax with a glass of wine after a day full of adventures. The apartment is very conveniently located with easy access to all areas of interest. The low ceilings were a bit of a challenge in the beginning but we quickly got used to ducking! We fell in love with Venice and will return. Grazie Mille to Valentina and View of Venice team.

Quirky loft perfectly located in Venice

The location was perfect. Nearby to great shop and restaurant and even more less than 5 mins walk away but quiet given how close to San Marco. Lovely lounge. Well supplied kitchen. Roof terrace made a great spot to sit with a coffee on a morning. Good quality TV service. Enrica was so helpful on phone. Marco met us at our water taxi stop to walk us to apartment. Perhaps rejuvenate sofa cushions as not very comfortable and slide off when sitting. Electrical outlets in bedroom hard to reach because of sloped roof.

Gut eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Gegend. Ideal, um Venedig zu erkunden. Die Vaporetto-Haltestelle San Samuel mit der Linie 2 ist nur 10m entfernt. Nette Bars und Cafes auf dem Platz San Stefano.

manque d'électricité

Juste la derniere journée l'electricité a manqué et nous n'avons pas trouver la boite électrique donc il a fait chaud la nuit et on a pas pu déjeuner rien ne fonctionnait

Appartamento meraviglioso

Ci siamo innamorati di questo appartamento perché è bello ha tutto quello che è necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. È in una posizione molto comoda x quando ci si muove con le valigie. L'agenzia già la conoscevamo e a dire il vero ci eravamo innamorati anche della casa affittata la volta scorsa. Anche il nostro cane stava così bene che non voleva mai uscire.

Lovely stay

Liked the spacious apartment with walking distance to the main parts of Venice. This apartment will always be a special memory for us as I proposed to my partner on the terrace.

Wonderful weekend getaway in Venice

My husband and I stayed in Ca'Grassi 3 in late June. We were in Venice a few years ago with our four children and stayed in rental apartment. This trip, however, we were alone and excited to stay by ourselves. We looked into hotels but opted for an apartment rental as it is much less expensive. This apartment did not disappoint. It is exactly as advertised and the pictures are accurate. We were met at the nearby water stop, approximately a five minute walk, by Silvia. She was lovely and her English is excellent. The outside of the building does not impress but the actual apartment has been beautifully renovated. We arrived on a 90+ degree day and were concerned about the air conditioning. We walked into a cool apartment with the units already on in both the living room/dining room area as well as the bedroom. Thank you so much! The apartment was spotless and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is also a nice selection of wine glasses and dishware. The area is near - but not too near (thanks goodness) - San Marco. The San Stefano square is quiet nice and a mere two minutes away. There is also a small mini-market a few steps down from the apartment with everything you need as well as a nearby wine store. A few caveats. The ceiling is very low in the bedroom and in the kitchen near the small refrigerator. Also, to get to the altana you must go through a small hobbit-like door. The west facing altana is nice to have for breakfast or early evening. There is no awning so it was too hot for us to use for much of the day. Finally, there are two flights of narrow stairs once you get into the building and another two in the actual apartment. Fortunately, my husband was strong enough to carry our luggage up the stairs but I could not done it alone. All in all, we were pleased with Ca'Grassi 3 as it was beautiful and a good value. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Delightful attic apartment with enchanting terrace

This apartment is just as wonderful in person as it is in the pictures. We enjoyed its very Venice vibe...with exposed ancient attic rafters and various levels. The small tucked away kitchen functioned well for breakfast making, coffee brewing and snack assembly. We enjoyed dining on the terrace in the evening and watching the swifts appear and the sun set. Check in was easy and the host was flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Lovely Elegant Apt in fantastic location!

We loved the location in this quiet local neighborhood steps from San Stefano square. Comfortable furniture, laundry, an adorable kitchen, great light, excellent wifi. The architectural details are just charming. We loved it and would come back again for sure! The property manager was on time, friendly, and very accommodating.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!

We had a great stay in Venice! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We loved the location and enjoyed the rooftop balcony. There is no door between the bedroom and living room, which might be important to consider for anyone using the living room to sleep. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it!

Good clean apt, well placed for all Venice has to

The apartment was a little darker than the pictures suggested and the entrance via a laundry was not ideal. There was no kettle in the kitchenette and we did not attempt to cook there. Having said that, it was clean and well presented and the support of the staff from home away/Views on Venice was fantastic. We had occasion to call the 24hrs emergency number and they could not have been more helpful. We would be happy to book through Views on Venice again.

muy bonito

El apartamento estaba en muy buen sitio. tenía una decoración preciosa. Igual que las fotos.La terraza con mucho encanto.El único problema es que en el dormitorio los techos son bajos en algunas zonas y hay que tener cuidado. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Great apt., hard getting there!

The downside: There was a lot of miscommunication about meeting up and getting to the apt. I am a college graduate but could not get the italian pay phones to work with a phone card. We had an Iphone that we tried to use but couldn't get a signal so had to beg at neighboring hotels near our vaperetto stop to use their internet after having someone call the number supplied and being told it was the wrong number. Then I sent 4 emails saying please email back immediately if they received the email and would meet us- never heard back! Finally found another phone number for the main office and had the hotel concierge make the call. They told me that the woman was waiting at our original meeting stop- why didn't they email back?? The upside: the apt. is great. Great location, big and has an amazing roof terrace that was perfect at the end of the day. There are a lot of steps to get to the apt. but we knew that. Overall, would definitely recommend this apt. but make sure you have a good way to contact them and know the phone number & address of their office just in case!
