Holiday Rental Specialists are pleased to present Apartment 319 Sebel Kiama – a contemporary studio managed privately within the ideally located Sebel Harbourside complex. With a splittable king bed and a sofa bed, it is ideal for a couple, 2-3 singles, or a couple with a child or third person and is located in the heart of Kiama.

• Please note a maximum clearance height of 2.0M to access the underground parking garage from Minnamurra street
The studio is situated within the Sebel complex, but is privately owned and therefore access to room service, mini bar, movies on demand and daily housekeeping is NOT available. Guests are welcome to dine at Yves Bar and Bistro within the complex, offering both an a la carte menu as well as a more casual dining experience. The gym is available if guests make their own arrangements directly with reception.
It is a short walk to Kiama Harbour, retail shops, Kiama Rock Pool, The Continental Ocean Pool, Surf Beach, Bombo Beach and the Kiama Blowhole. Also, a short drive to Kendalls Beach, Easts Beach or the Minnamurra River.
Kiama and surrounds are known for outstanding markets. The following are worth a visit:
• the Kiama Farmers' Market runs every Wednesday at Surf Beach
• Kiama Seaside Markets are held on the third Sunday of every month
• the Jamberoo Market is held on the last Sunday of every month in Reid Park

The property is just a 8-minute walk from Kiama Train Station, offering guests easy, convenient travel to and from the area by train.
If the property is booked last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret we are unable to unmake and remake to different configurations and beds will be presented as per the website description text.
Please note that this property is a self-contained short-term rental in a hotel complex, it is not part of the hotel group or run as one. As such, we are unable to provide extra towels or linen during your stay. If your unit does not have a washer/dryer or if you do not wish to use the local laundromat, you may prefer to bring your own additional linen or towel supplies.
Although the apartment is situated within the Sebel complex, it is privately owned therefore access to room service, mini bar, movies on demand and daily housekeeping is not available.

Note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check-ins or late check-outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure an early check-in or later check-out is to book the property for an extra night. Contact us for a special rate for this extra night. All Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening prior. All complimentary early check-ins or late check-outs must be confirmed in writing so that our housekeeping team are informed accordingly.
Guest Registration: Guest registration is mandatory for all bookings and replaces the need for a cash bond for short term bookings (up to 20 nights). It is essential for fraud prevention, damage claims, safety, and emergency purposes. The process varies depending on the online travel agent used. Direct bookings require the booker to upload a copy of their driver’s licence and credit card through our encrypted online process.
Additional Guests: The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
No Extras: This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
EV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station.
