The Hamptons at Villa 43

SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Villa 43 is set back a little from the beach with a path and roadway for resort buggies in front. There is a large grass lawn across the pathway for the kids to play on. You are still only 70m to the beach.

The ground level is open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge room opening onto the deck, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is second toilet downstairs, also a laundry area. Upstairs there are 1 x QUEEN bedroom and 1 x 2 SINGLES and a bunk area in hallway with 2 x SINGLES bunks, sleeping 6 guests. There is a balcony off the main bedroom, for the amazing night views across the bay to Bribie Island or Brisbane. The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

Please note Airconditioning is not included in the nightly rate. It can be arranged for an additional fee of $50 per night. Contact us direct for more information.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
