We had a fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The manager was excellent—responsive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The home itself was spotless and clearly very well maintained. Cleanliness was top-notch, which made our stay that much more comfortable.I also really appreciated how accurate and easy the online description was. What you see is exactly what you get (and honestly, it was even better in person). 40 year Anniversary weekend

We decided to have a 40 year Anniversary weekend with our two grown kids and our daughter in law, the place was great, we pretty much walked everywhere. The location is great when you don’t want to do too much driving.

Great place and location

Right on the square, great location if you are looking to be dt. Seemed bigger than the pictures reflect. Everything worked great and place was clean and comfortable. Great communication and accommodation from the host. We walked to city park to float the river. Walked to restaurants and bars. The only thing to be aware of is that there is an ALL NIGHT club a couple doors down. If you stay in the primary bedroom expect to hear music (base pumping) the entire night until 9am. My boyfriend of course had no problem sleeping. But even with some ear plugs, I still could hear the base and didn't get much sleep in that bedroom. That is the only bedroom on that side of the apt. so the others were fine. We only stayed the weekend so I am not sure if the all night club is open during the week days.

Great location and comfortable digs

This is a comfortable apartment well located in the fun town of San Marcos. Plenty of good restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped (only pod coffee maker...we prefer drip fwiw) overall. Laundry facilities a plus. Two small quibbles--hot water was a bit lacking for our group. Also the fridge could have been cleaner (easy for me to address). Reason for 3 stars on communication is just that when I emailed questions I received no replies. As it turned out the answers were in the listing; still it would have been better to receive a reply. All in all a nice stay

Fantastic place

Our family stayed here for a weekend for a TSU football game. Everything about this place was fantastic (location right on the square, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and living area). Only drawback is one of the bedrooms backs up to a nightclub and the heavy bass kept us awake until they finally shut it down Friday night around 3:30am… but the music literally never stopped Saturday night. It was still thumping when we got out of bed around 8:30am Sunday morning 😭😭 Not sure whether this was unusual, but it was certainly unfortunate. The bedrooms on the left side of the hallway were not nearly as affected. But again, other than that, it’s an ideal spot!

Quick BBQ trip

Excellent, central location for everything we wanted to do over the long weekend. Wurst fest in new Braunfels, barbecue in Lockhart, live music in Green Hall. Condo was beautiful- clean, comfortable, walking distance to anything you’d need. Thorough and easy communication from host. Would highly recommend

Location location location

Our stay was excellent! We rented this for Texas State graduation weekend. Proximity to the square and ease of getting to Strahan Arena and campus was fantastic. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for making brunch. Property was perfect size for hosting a family. Communication with property management was seamless. Highly recommend staying here.

Cool place, perfect location

We had a great experience staying at this property. Very nice, clean place. Location was perfect, easily walkable to all the fun bars and restaurants on the Square and an easy drive to other parts of town. Will definitely stay here again.

Central, Convenient, Comfortable

We had a great stay in the San Marcos apartment. Very central to all business in San Marcos (walking distance to the courthouse). Close to restaurants and the river. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!
