We loved staying at El Patio 105. The porch was the best part during to its massive size and location. We were within walking distance to anywhere in Gruene. The condo was decorated nicely.

This is our 5th year to stay in this condo and we absolutely love it. Very clean and is stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect and the patio is amazing. Host is very friendly and timely in responding to all your needs. We are already planning our next stay.

We had the best experience. We had a terrible experience to start our vacation. And this listing literally saved our vacation. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful this listing became available. We always stay here when we come to Gruene. The location is the absolute best for all activities around the village. Moreover, the pool is a huge bonus as well as the oversized balcony. Furthermore, the condo is super clean and the host, Elisa, is very nice and will take care anything related to the condo in a moments notice.

This was my 2nd time to stay in this condo and it is perfect!! We parked on Friday and didnt move the truck until we left on Monday. Plenty of restaurants, shops and live music all within walking distance, and the patio is the icing on the cake!!

The condo was PERFECT for our group. Plenty of space, very clean and tidy, great location in Gruene, and beautiful view from the large patio. A definite return rental!

The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill, etc. It has river access, and a pool right outside the condo. Huge balcony to sit out and enjoy the river. I took off 1 star because our family found the beds and pillows very uncomfortable- especially in the master bedroom. We also had lots of trouble getting the living room TV to work - even after following the instructions provided. Other than that, the condo was fantastic. Clean and a great location!

The location is amazing ! Being able to walk half a block in the morning for the best coffee or listen to a band and have a cocktail made for a different adventure each day. Great shopping. The pool is right out the front door, which is great. On the small side but refreshing. The beds were comfortable, I just wish the main bedroom had a king size bed in it. Overall we had a good time.

The cloakroom of property is great. All Gruene sites are within walking distance. The property is very quiet and peaceful considering there is a lot of tourist and attraction activity is Gruene.
