Stunning views, outdoor space & contemporary design define this sun-soaked, walkable condo in downtown Asheville. Features 2BR, each w/private bath & 1 King, 1 Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa. Perfectly located on Biltmore Ave, close to shopping, dining, breweries, galleries, live music & more. Short drive to Biltmore Estate & Blue Ridge Parkway. Check out local recommendations & favorite restaurants. 1 parking spot in onsite garage, fits vehicle no larger than a Tahoe.

This condominium is pet-friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Beautiful Deck and Location

We really enjoyed hanging out on the outdoor patio with warm heaters - Mornings with coffee and evenings with wine/beer. It is definitely noisy as other reviewers said, but with proximity to downtown it is what we would have expected and didn’t not take away from our stay. We loved that we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and the view of the mountains from the apartment is lovely. We did have issues with the ceiling fan making a lot of noise the first night but the management sent someone to fix it and it worked perfectly the second night.

Fall get away

My husband and I stayed at this property for four days. It was a perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants in Asheville, beds were very comfortable and everything was spic and span. The only downside is that this particular condo was on a very busy street. Consequently, the loud noise from the traffic constantly moving along the street made it unpleasant to sit on the porch.

More than expected! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Superb location. Very safe with multiple codes to enter. Clean. Modern. Impressed with all the extras provided and a special notebook to help understand how to use them! Thank you for allowing pets too - we appreciate all the extra touches ~ especially the balcony!
