This bright and spacious condo is located at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. The amenities at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club are endless! The community features a beautiful pool deck with loungers, direct waterfront heated pool and a hot tub. There are 4 private lighted tennis courts, pickleball and shuffleboard – please bring your own rackets and cues. After an active day of sports, what’s better than to relax in the onsite sauna! Access code for sauna and tennis courts will be provided at check in. Boat slips are available to drop off or pick up your friends for a fun filled day on the water, no overnight parking. Apart from the boat docks you’ll find a nice fishing dock. Gas grills and several tiki huts waterside are available to prepare your catch of the day and gather with family and friends. You will also enjoy the large 8th floor patio deck with lounge chairs and stunning panoramic water views. A number of coin operated washers and dryers are available on the 4th floor. Easy and convenient beach access across the street.

The condo’s living area, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen, all overlooking calm waterway. This bright condo has a large balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. This spot is awesome to start your days with a morning coffee watching the dolphins swim by, relax with a good book, enjoy a fruity cocktail after a day of fun and sun on the beach. The living area features comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV. The sofa can be turned into a sofa sleeper if you have a group of 6. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. The main bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed opens up to the amazing waterfront balcony as well. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin sized beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and an assigned parking space on site.

However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog & Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. Vaca stay

The property as a whole was fabulous, we would definitely stay again. Our condo however needs updated carpet and the couch cleaned as both are pretty stained. Other than that we enjoyed it immensely.

Great Week in Indian Shores

The weather couldn't have been better, and the location and facilities were excellent. However, the filters in the fans in the bathrooms were well beyond needing cleaning and rendered the fans fairly useless.

We would stay again!

This condo was perfect for our vacation, we loved the location! Some extras we really appreciated were the two beach chairs, the wagon and 2 tennis rackets & balls. My suggestions would be a larger trash can in the kitchen and if the refrigerator could be update that would be great. But really no complaints!

Needs updated & cleaned

The grounds (tennis, pool, hot tub) were very nice, but room was dirty. Microwave & above refrigerator were filthy. There was no iron & that’s a first for any place we’ve ever stayed. We were disappointed for the amount we paid & the lack of cleanliness.

Not clean and worn place

Screen door was pulled off, one frame edge and sticking screws were visible. Entry door was broken/cracked with multiple lock to keep it closed. Dish washer did not work with inches of smelly wayer in it. Not sure how dishes were washed and in shelves! Refrigerator was rusty and door seals well dry/brittle. Had to push the door hard to make sure it closed. The frig sheves were taped with clear shipping tape to hold them in place. Floors were dirty. I have photos if you need to see them. The owner refused to replace the didhwasher. We washed enough dishes fir our use and then had washed what we needed. The place must be taken off the list until it is inspected and is qualified as “ Renting out worthy”

Review

The building and the location are phenomenal! But the unit/apartment could use some updates. Here are some suggestions: 1) Include more blankets/pillows; 2) We only had four bath towels but the listing is for up to 6/include more bath towels; 3) Have at least 4-6 chairs on the large balcony (listing is for 6 but there were only two chairs on the balcony); 4) Include extra chairs in the dining room (listing is for 6 but there were only 4 dining room table chairs); 5) Have more silverware - there was a very limited number of spoons and almost no table spoons anywhere (only teaspoons); 6) Consider unlocking the closet in the bedroom - this bedroom had no closet so no place to hang clothes; 7) Include more hangers in the second bedroom (there were only a couple). Also, when we checked in, the unit was not thoroughly cleaned - we found a cracker under the couch, a large insect (dead) in the couch/when we unfolded it for sleeping purposes, and a food wrapper on the floor in one of the bedrooms. In addition, the dining room chairs were very rocky with loose screws - we ended up tightening most of the screws. Overall, the unit was fine and we truly enjoyed our stay - these are just some suggestions to improve the overall quality.

Good place to go. Wonderful view

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a good time. the apartment has a wonderful view, very close to the beach. great place to relax. and when we got there a piece of the glass door was broken but i got in touch with the message and they immediately got back to me and sent someone to fix it. what I didn't like was the cleanliness. it seemed they just changed the bath towels for us to go inside. and in this matter I complained and they told me that someone was going there to clean but no one showed up. and we also stayed there 10 nights I think they should at least change the bath towels in a few days.

Enjoyed our stay overall

Let’s start with only a couple negative things to get out of the way. The storm door arm used to keep it from swinging wide open was broke upon entry, so not a good first impression. The bathroom Florescent light was going off and on. Not a huge deal as we found a spare in a closet. The welcome mat outside the door is very dirty and needs replaced. Had a good rain shower come through and it soaked the mat. When we returned to the condo and stepped on the mat, we left footprints of mud on the floor. We moved mat to the side so we wouldn’t do that anymore. Overall, all went well. The unit is in good shape and the shower off the two twin beds was awesome. We did not issue the 2nd shower as it is older. The view of the bay was great. We seen several dolphins throughout the week. The place was clean and furniture all nice. We enjoyed the pool and utilized the laundry room. All good! Thanks, fix those few things and this would have been even better. Would return.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for us. If I could make a recommendation it would be to supply beach towels for the guest and maybe 2 tennis rackets, I did find balls but no rackets.

Indian Shores family vacation

Overall, we had a great time for the week we stayed in this condo. It was exactly what it looked like online. The condo and property were very well kept and everything was very clean. It was plenty of space for our family of four, exactly what I was expecting when I booked. The condo definitely needs some updates… The door from the bedroom to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and so we never used it. The blinds kept falling off, and there were lights that needed switches in order to turn on which were broken off. It would have been nice if there were some cleaning supplies… There was no mop for us to clean the tile floors. The coffee maker stopped working halfway through the week. Overall, the condo was a great size and very clean… but it was quite bare-bones. It would have been nice to have a couple things that would have made it more comfortable. I was unfamiliar with the area when I booked the condo, and I would have rather than further south down the beach. It wasn’t the location I expected. I thought the property was well-maintained on a daily basis and a family friendly atmosphere. Thanks for the week.

Exactly what we needed!

This place was perfect for our family of four who was looking to get away to the beach for a week. Location was great, the condo was exactly as described, and the beach chairs were a great touch!
