Comfortable cabin on a beautiful lake. The kayaks were fun! The local bars are fun.I think the booking fees are high, (cleaning damage VRBO fee) but the cabin & property are adorable.

Pre-empty nest get-away

I booked a get-away to spend a couple of days with my 2 children (18 & 23), the youngest who is getting ready to head to college leaving me an "empty nester"! The three of us had a great time relaxing! We kayaked, hiked on the Ice Age Trail, swam, played games and enjoyed a couple of bonfires. There was a lot of laughter and great bonding - much needed before this next chapter in our lives. Your home is wonderful and we enjoyed it so much. Thank you for sharing your oasis!

Lake Holcombe cabin

Nice quiet property with exceptional kitchen and decor in the rental. Easy stroll over to the Pine Drive Bar/Grill for pizza and live music at other bars at a short drive. Planning on another trip back next year with friends.

Great Cabin

We had a wonderful visit to lake Holcombe. Good fishing from shore and the dock. The cabin had everything our family needed for our stay. We would stay again.

Adorable & comfortable!

Cute cabin with an adorable decor. Walking distance to a restaurant/bar with one pool table. There is another bar (Black Bear) just a few miles away with 2 pool tables. Both bars have great owners and are very fun. This is a beautiful location.

Had a nice stay and loved the peacefulness of fall, assuming would be much busier place in the summer. Lots of unoccupied cabins when we went. The Pine Drive bar and restaurant was great. Great food and excellent service. Cabin was vey nice and very clean. Would stay here again for sure.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the house was great. We sent a couple of messages with questions before and during our stay, but never received a response so communication wasnt great but I'd highly recommend either way. House is close to others so not overly private but the bar withing 100 yards away made up for that.

This was the second time we booked this cute cabin. We love it and plan to be back next year. The property looks even better than the pictures. Comfortable and clean with fun woodsy decor. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice weekend getaway

Outside doesn’t really reflect the inside which was very nice. We tried to ice fish in the bay with only 1 small perch which we put on a tip up for a few hours with no success. Hit some local bars in the area, the Minnow has excellent service and a 8 oz cod that was what you come up north for. Tim the bar tender was a great guy and even bought us a round later on when he was on the other side of the bar when his shift was done. Highly recommend this place. Also went to the bar next door for some pool and darts.

Cute cabin

The listing is 100% accurate and everything was exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and having the kayaks was a great perk! The ONLY thing (if I had to find something) that wasn’t perfect was the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t work, but with sunshine & so much else to do it didn’t really matter. They even had ice and 4 frosty mugs in the freezer!! I never had a need to reach out to the property manager. I look forward to coming again in the future.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed property in Lake Holcombe. The owners really thought of everything you might need in and out of doors. One of the cleanest properties we’ve been in, and very comfortable reclining seats in the living area. Great to be able to dock our own boat during our stay. If you bring a boat, just note that the dock is not straight down from the patio area, but to the right of it. It’s very close, just have to look to the right for the tree and paddle boat. Nice to have a restaurant within walking distance as well.

Great Property, Fun Times!

The property was just as described. When we got there we realized that the unit comes with access to a paddle boat and 2 kayaks! We had a great time, and we will likely book here next Summer.

Great location with a convenient restaurant/bar next door. The cabin is well laid out with all the amenities that you would need for a short or longer stay.

We loved everything about the property! If you needed ANYTHING it was provided for you. Restaurant within walking distance has excellent food!Pontoon rental within 5 miles also wonderful! Great area that we've never visited before ...nice flowage, clean and good fishing Will return!

Beautiful cabin and scenery

Everything was wonderful. We had access to 2 kayaks and a pedal boat too. Was a great stay plenty of rooms. Beautiful decor and scenery. Great fire pit too.
