Modern Town House was excellent for family summer holiday at Phillip Island. House was as described, photos accurate. Close to beach, short walk to shops, and short drive to other places we visited on Phillip Island, and many other places we did not have time to visit! We will return.

Pretty good

Location is great, near beach and centre of Cowes. House itself is nice and newish and reasonably clean. Good kitchen well equipped. But we felt the cleaner did not do a good job before our stay. Some of the furniture was dusty and there was sand on the couches both upstairs and downstairs. Also we were a little disappointed that no soap, shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bathrooms considering the cost of the accommodation. Only a single liquid hand soap dispenser in each one.

Home away from home

This property was in excellent condition and in a quiet location close to shops and beach. There was plenty of space for our family of teenagers, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the box of chocolates on arrival! We had no issues and would recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic location and great property

Stayed here over easter and school holidays. It is the perfect location, just minutes walk to the beach. The dogs loved the run on the sand every morning. The house is very well stocked and upstairs is open and plenty of room. Main bedroom upstairs with great ensuite and othet bedrooms and bathroom downstairs made it great for the kids to have their own space.
