Bel appartement entièrement rénové avec piscine moderne récente, très bien placé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et 5 minutes à pied de "petite plage".
Proche du centre de Grand Case (200m à pied environ) des restaurants, des boutiques et de l'aéroport de Grand Case.
Il est composé d'une chambre climatisée séparée (coffre fort), une salle de bain toilette (kit de douche, sèche cheveux), une cuisine moderne toute équipée avec : grand réfrigérateur et grand congélateur, plaques induction, micro ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, machine Nespresso, four, vaisselle ++, produits de première nécessité, avec un salon et table de salle à manger, terrasse extérieure couverte coin salon, tout l'appartement est muni de moustiquaires.

A lovely vacation home

This apartment is sparkling clean, and very convenient to the cozy little village of Grand Case and to two lovely beaches. Chantal is very helpful and friendly, the yard is beautiful and private, and we loved her two dogs. The bed is comfy and the living area/kitchen/porch are all well appointed and pleasant. We definitely will return on our next trip to Grand Case.

Great month in Grand Case!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in St Martin! We loved our accommodations at Chantel's home! The apartment had everything we needed. Location was perfect as well, walking distance to everything Grand Case has to offer. And Chantel was a wonderful host, always offering suggestions on places to go and ensuring our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great property - fabulous host!

We have stayed in rentals from Colombia to Vietnam over the past 20 years. Never have we come across a host that was so accommodating as Chantal!! She went far above and beyond; Messaging us to see what we needed for arrival since we were coming in late at night, filling the fridge with water, milk, eggs, pastries, coffee and a welcome bottle of wine to make sure we were ok for the morning. Always checking in to see if we needed anything during our stay was a nice touch! She really cares about your experience and it shows. The unit was well appointed. Everything we needed was already there, including beach towels and shopping bags -. She has thought of everything. The property was clean, safe and well laid out. You cannot go wrong renting this one. She will take great care of you!!! Also, check out her resturant that she runs with her husband Alexandre - Le Gastronome. Traditional French home cooking. Try the scallop dish; a family recipe that won’t disappoint! This property is located at the end of the strip. Close enough to walk to everything, yet, far enough away to be away from the nightlife noise.
