Dishes were dirty in cabinet and dishwasher had crusted food inside. Place has for sure been a party house with no maintenance. Exposed screw on stairwell. Stained furniture. Cushions outside so tore up you could not even sit on them. I made management aware of all the things….

Hey Lisa, thanks for taking the time to detail these issues for us. I’m troubled by the state you found the kitchen and furniture in, as that isn't the standard we expect for any stay. I'm looking into why these maintenance and cleaning misses happened, and we'll address those outdoor cushions and the stairwell immediately. We'd like to show you a much better experience if you decide to return. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes

Weekend adult family getaway

We had a great stay at East Nash Oasis! Property was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop deck. It’s nice that the property sleeps so many however if you are traveling with all adults bunk beds may not be ideal for some. The only downfall were the twin bunk beds that were not very sturdy even for our smaller adults that slept on the bottom bunks in that room. Bolts may just need tightening. Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely visit again!

Hey Amanda, thanks for sharing your experience at the house. The rooftop deck really is the best spot for a group to wind down together. I'm looking into those bunk bed frames now to make sure everything is tightened up and solid for the next guests. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes

Perfect Adult Location

My staff and I were traveling to Nashville for a conference. This location was the perfect stay for us. It was relaxing with an incredible view of downtown. There was some remnants of the bachelorette party that obviously stayed right before us, but the owner was quick to offer a second cleaning. We would stay again!

Hey Matthew, thanks for sharing your experience and taking the time to write. That balcony view is actually a local favorite for watching the Fourth of July fireworks because it aligns perfectly with the downtown skyline. I've sent your notes about the turnover to our housekeeping crew so we can be more thorough between bookings. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes
