Great property close to the beach

We had a lovely stay in this well situated property over Christmas and New Year. It was well equipped and clean.

Host was very welcoming and property was in a great location. Would definitely book again with a few improvements. Master sink is teeny tiny, one can hardly brush teeth without getting the floor wet. Outdoor rubbish bins are way too small and unit is in need of cosmetic improvements.

Nice location but a bit disappointed with management

Great location and perfect layout for our family Christmas. Initial booking an issue when had to pay an extra $172 for credit card fee and not able to use advertised transfer to account to prevent this fee. When raised, we are told bad luck, not my problem. On arrival there is little or no consumables. Given $50 credit after complaining but still had to buy own toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet and laundry detergent. Little or no supplies of any of these items left. (For longer stays I understand but for a week?). Starter pack minimalist. Garbage facilities poor. Ran out of limited space within 3.5 days and then using public bins in the parks after that. Apartment a bit tired. Dishwasher leaked, lounge A/C struggles…..Regas needed?

So sorry about this. The cc fees are a cost that the business simply cannot afford to absorb and there are clear benefits to you to use (i.e. travel insurance etc) Re the welcome pack. I am persoanlly very sorry. To be totally honest, my 16 year old son has been brought into the business and he forgot to pack the welcome pack for this property. Please note that our welcome back has just been enhanced and it actually costs Property Providers approx $100. So needless to say this was disappointing (he is no longer allowed to while prepping the linen etc). On the Garbage comment...the rubbish is a problem over xmas/ny generally across the portfolio. We have employed a busines to make sure the bins get to the street so they get emptied. Unfortunately the bin for the other property in the unit was locked up in the garage.
