This custom designed mid-century tri-level home is located in the desirable Highland Hills neighborhood. The home is a spectacular blend of comfort and style. Almost every room is bathed in natural light while being surrounded by greenery and trees.



Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

Sleeping Arrangements

★ Four bedrooms but five beds as one is the full trundle. It's not perfect for another couple but great for some kiddos.

Additional Property Information:

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Had a wonderful experience. House is beautifully decorated, very cozy. Backyard was great both for grilling out as well as sitting out by the fire pit. Owner was great and very nice, gave us ideas for things to do. House is very centrally licated to many sites and attractions Would highly recommend staying here

Interaction with company managing property was excellent, they were very responsive and kept us well informed of any activity at the property (e.g. outside maintenance). Property was very clean and well furnished. Very quiet neighborhood.

This is an amazing, cozy home. Each space was designed with intention- there were instructions listed everywhere on how to operate different items throughout the home (remotes, temperature, etc). Communication was really good and responses received almost immediately. We will stay there again! Highly recommend!

Great Stay and location

Loved this house. The owners have special touches throughout the home and everything was very clean! Loved the location and walked both mornings half a mile to a coffee shop for lattes, danishes, and breakfast burritos.

This was such a great house. There were lots of options for sleeping and the house was a great size. The kitchen and bathrooms had lots of amenities. We really felt like guests in someone’s well cared for home.

Felt Like Home

Stayed here with a group of friends while visiting another friend near Portland. We all loved this place, it was so cozy and perfectly located. Very clean and fairly priced. Will definitely look to book here again in the future next time we visit - thanks again!

A good gathering for place

Everything as described. Backyard fire pit and deck perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
