We were in town for the Oceans Calling Music Festival. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and right on the ocean. The location was easily accessible to everything. I would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Sandpiper Dunes was excellent. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and all essential items were provided. Bonus points for the board games that we enjoyed playing. You're on the beach so it was just a short walk to get setup and spend the day in the sun. The pool was a refreshing cool off after being in the hot sun for hours and the kids would have stayed there all day. Location is perfect here as you're a short walk from popular spots in town.

Beautiful Beach

It was a great stay for the most part. My husband was stuck in the elevator for 40 mins. Thanks to the OC fire department. When we first arrived, the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I had to buy air fresheners to help with that. We also had to call maintenance twice to come and unclog the shower. And last complaint, the bedroom is so hot! The positives- it was very well stocked with things to use. The view was stunning. All of the furniture was comfy.I will say the dryer needs to be ran twice to dry anything. I would stay here again because my main thing is cleanliness and it was clean.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay! Clean, easy to get to and park. Carts for bringing luggage in a plus. Minor item is having to stop in the office to pick up stuff instead just receiving code and entering but not a major deal and was close by. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location! This property is comfortable for 2 people and more than that would be to claustrophobic. The decor and cleanliness is great. The bedroom window is near the hallway and elevators so it can become noisy.

Great place

Wonderful place to spend a weekend or a week. Sunrise and ocean views are great. The weddings on the beach are a cool part as well!! My wife and I got married on the beach during our stay and were lucky enough to see a few more during our week stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great relaxing getaway

This property is a solid choice if anyone in your party is disabled! That was the main reason we booked this condo and it was almost perfect! The bathroom was a bit small for a wheelchair (my mother had to use a cane to get around in there) but other than that, it was exactly what we needed. The handicap beach access (with complimentary beach wheelchairs), elevator, and recliner were great perks for someone with disabilities. The view was the best I’ve ever had at a condo! We got to see several shorebirds and dolphins from our hotel room and we loved how pleasantly homey the condo was! The owner provided several beach essentials, a fully stocked kitchen, and even games and puzzles in the room for when you’re relaxing in the evening! Everything was super clean and very organized! The only other things I would note is that you do have to provide your own linens, which I was unaware of (an issue on my end) and that to activate the outdoor sand shower, you have to have a special key fob that only let you have 30 seconds of water at a time, which was difficult for a disabled person. But overall an amazing stay and I highly recommend this property!

Pet Hair Everywhere

The ammenities, the location and pretty much everything appeared to be perfect. It was a pretty penny, but I wanted to splurge and get a nice location for our honeymoon. When I walked in, I smelled animal right away. There were Glade plug ins peppered around the property as well, stinking like chemicals (it was so strong that the clothes I brought still smelled like Glade after we returned). There was black and white animal fur in the carpet, on the coffee table, on the blankets. The vacuum cleaner was full of it as well. My husband is allergic to animal hair as well as chemical smells like plug-ins. He was congested and miserable the entire honeymoon. I specifically picked a no animal unit for this reason. This was really insulting to me. We paid a pretty penny for this place. Don't get me wrong, if it wasn't for the animal hair and plug ins, it would have been PERFECT. But we really suffered a lot. If you are allergic to pets and strong smells, do not make the same mistake as I did. Shame on the owner. I am certain they know about this, because why else would you fill a tiny condo with TWO plug ins? Horrible smells. Uncomfortable and costly experience. Had to spend most of it outdoors, where husband's plamt allergies are also not great. I have pictures of the animal hair but I don't see where I can upload them.

Our stay was wonderful!!! Only complaint, the realtor did not provide us with the bag filled with the promised necessities. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc…

Location is great, weddings on the beach were fun to watch, building well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the there was dust dirt a left over food on the tables and the balcony Dead bugs were on the end tables. We cleaned them but tried to notify mgmt but did not seem too interested. Customers pay for the cleaning which was not up to par

Best condo ever!

The place was emaculently clean. It was beautifully decorated, updated well and had extremely comfortable furnature. Great water pressure, shower head, and comfortable water temperatures. The A/C units were quiet & worked well. The elevators were quick, the grounds were clean, & well lit. Ample parking, close to many terrific restaurants & a traffic light making it so easy to get onto Coastal Highway. The pool was an added bonus. I would definitely rent this gorgous unit again.

Great location, stunning view!

We loved our stay! The view from the balcony is outstanding! The condo is well-kept and in great condition. It has everything you need to relax on a beach vacation. The building is quiet and well-managed. The location is also excellent with plenty of things within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
