A few issues

Well the place was in a great location. Everything was comfortable but we did have some issues. The main issues…fire alarm was disabled, no wash cloths, the shower door was off track and would not close, 2 enormous roaches… Problems were taken care of but I told them to not go into my space while we were out. They said they would not but they totally did anyway. Also, when booking there was nothing indicating we would have to pay $22 a day per car to park. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the issues and the car parking. But other than that it worked for our needs.

Renting and communication was a breeze. Comfortable with 4 guys in town for a bachelor party.

Great location

Location and size of apartment was great BUT the sewer smell was horrible. We had to open the windows and air it out immediately when going in and throughout the stay. The bedroom window along the alley was ALREADY open a few inches, when we checked in and the screen had been pried away from the bottom. I wish I’d remembered to a picture of it when I took pictures of the dirty floors and baseboards. The front closet had a pillow and used comforter thrown on the floor. The glass shelf in the shower is dangerous and water is easily getting behind the wall throughout the large holes in connected on. The floors and floorboards were not clean, the large rug in the living room is a huge tripping hazard. There’s nothing to keep it in place. We actually folded it in toward the couch so we’d stop catching our shoes on it. We heard everything the upstairs tenants we’re doing, especially just walking across the floor. It’s a cute place, great location but needs some tweaking.
