Top floor apartment centrally located to town this 3 bedroom 2 story apartment offers lake and mountain views, full kitchen facilities and comfortable bedrooms.

All linen and towels are provided to make your stay more convenient.

Underfloor heating throughout living areas and bathroom.

The living area has a modern kitchen A large timber dining table with seating for 6. It also offers an outdoor deck area and BBQ with lake and mountain views.

Washing machine is located in the spacious kitchen and drier on the sunny balcony.

Lakeview 3 offers 2 large queen rooms with built in wardrobes. The attic bedroom has a very comfortable single bed with trundle as well as TV and couch, making it a great kids retreat. Reverse cycle airconditioning is also in the attic room.

Off street parking for 1 car only at front of building.

Only a 5 minute walk to Jindabyne town centre and facilities including pubs, shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre, banks, post office, newsagent, National Parks info centre and local parks including skate park and interactive play area at Banjo Paterson Park.

We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door and the heated flooring was just amazing especially after a day in the snow. Location is fantastic, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Our host was fantastic especially with communication and information.

Lovely Jindy Apartment

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s home. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped which was so helpful. Beds were super comfy! TV was big! Made for a great resting place after our days of skiing.

Fantastic

Very good in every things. The minor issue is only 1 toilet and bathroom for 6 adults. But it does not affect the overall impression of the property. We can manage it. Definitely will come again if it is available.

Cosy home base to relax in between adventures

Stayed with 6 adults for a week during snow season. The apartment was nice and warm all day thanks to the in floor heating. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The main living area was great for relaxing in, with a nice big table for some board games, a balcony with hammock chair and bench seating to soak in the morning sun and a comfy lounge to watch some TV. Located close to everything important in Jindabyne, and about a half hour drive to Perisher. Everything was in good order. Check in and communication with the host was easy.

Very clean and great services/supplies

Very happy with the property itself and all of the amenities/services provided. Was great for a group of friends and would stay again. Only let down was check in information not provided and I had to request after the check in time passed (which appeared to just be a system error) and the key lock box was not actually locked/secured on arrival. But the property manager was very prompt to reply and apologetic! Overall very happy.

Great place to stay

It feels like a home away from home. The residence was clean and supplied with all our family needs for making that evening meal. No issues with the wifi, taking some time to do a bit of work while the kids were on their devices went smoothly. That great shower after a days worth of skiing was a god send. Beds were comfortable, the kids enjoyed the loft space. Location is close to shops, restaurants and was very quiet during our stay. Overall a great stay and holiday for us.

Super clean and comfortable apartment. Spacious so the family can spread out into different spaces (loft). Lovely views over the lake and a short walk to Nuggets crossing g shops. We’ll be back. Thanks Caroline.
