The front door light needs to be much brighter. If you arrive after dark you cannot see the address. Otherwise the it was a comfortable place to stay.

Just as advertised. Centrally located to where we needed to go. Such easy access getting in! Everything explained very well. Very clean. We appreciated the sizes of the different beds.

Needs a lot of attention

Not up toVRBO standards. We only stayed two nights out of the five we paid for. Unclean. Dead flies in kitchen window, dirty linen on the floor in Master closet, unwashed dish in kitchen cabinet. Coffee maker didn’t work, neither did the ice maker. Right side sink in Master bath very slow to drain.

Below Average

Blinds were broke and laying on the floor. Open hole in the door leading to the basement. Fireplace didn’t work. We were asked to clean more than usual when they charge an obscene amount in cleaning fees. From now on we will book hotels where WE are taken care of and we are not asked to take out trash and put linens in a pile.

Worst Experience Ever - This property should be removed for renting.

I've stayed at vacation homes before and this has been the worst one I have ever rented. When we arrived at the house it was completely filthy. All the rooms were dirty, with all the linens on the floor or on the floor in the closet. The bathrooms were dirty, with towels in the tub and the handle in the shower in the master shower falls off, dirty dishes in the kitchen and fridge, mold n coffee maker, trash hasn't been taken out and it had maggots in it. Which made the whole house smell terrible.There were dirty shorts behind the couch and boogers on the curtains.We took pictures and tried to contact the host about it. After ignoring multiple calls she answers and tells us cleaning will arrive in 40 minutes. We requested them to call us when they were done cleaning and they texted us 5 HOURS after check-in. House was still dirty! We just decided to clean the house ourselves, had to buy supplies. All of our plans were cancelled for the first night because we couldn't get ready. After waiting a few hours for the house to be clean in my car I contacted VRBO and multiple people in the chat told me I would get Travel Care treatment due to this situation and I just needed to talk to their specialist. Their specialist told me my issue was MINOR and I just needed to contact the host to fix it. The host listed told me she's not the owner but the janitor. Have texts, videos, and pictures to prove it. This whole experience has been a joke. Deleting VRBO after this. Do not book here!!!

Unexpected issues in Overland

We experienced a number of issues with this property. As we were trying to find the address in the dark, one of the house numbers was missing so we drove past it. There were so many leaves covering the steps and front landscaped area, we almost fell because we could not see where the step started/ended. When we tried to gain access with the code we were given, it did not work. When we contacted the "guest contact", that cleaning company did not respond immediately. Then we had to contact Evolve who gave us the last renter's code. The person who created our access code entered a wrong number. After finally gaining access to the property, there were more issues. None of the switches in the home are labeled (which is a common courtesy for renters). We found the remote for the living room light and ceiling fan, but the remote would not turn it on. So again we contacted the cleaning company woman (designated contact) to ask about the issue. She didn't know and had to contact the owner. She responded that we had to climb the steep stairs to the second level to flip a light switch. Seriously??? She thought it was funny and said even she didn't know that. There were NO directions to flip a light switch on another level of the home for the fan and light to work. So after getting settled in the home, we grabbed the TV remote to watch some television. Guess what? The remove would only turn on the TV but none of the buttons would work (guide, up, down, changing channels). So yet again, we contact the cleaning company. She proceeded to tell us that the previous renter had taken the remote control. Another remote was being ordered and should arrive in a few days. Again there was NO COMMUNICATION with us about this as an issue. We stayed at this property for 4 nights without access to any television. There were a number of other odd things at this property. The bay window over the sink had a bunch of flies and bugs to greet us. The third bedroom to the right of the stairs literally only CONTAINED A BED! There was no end table or lamp....just a bed. Nowhere to put your glass, reading material, etc. The living room was comfortable and the dining room was nice. The hall bathroom shower was almost impossible to use and the water was dangerously hot. The handles for the water just kept spinning around and around. We finally gave up on using it and shared the shower in the master ensuite. This was the worst experience we have had.

Snow creak / KC getaway

Wonderful location, we had just a short two day stay. Had dinner at Dave and Buster first night. Headed to Snow Creak the second day. The place had everything we needed, great beds, good shower pressure (6) showers in I hr still had hot water, very happy with our choice : )

Great spot

We were visiting family in Overland Park. This was a perfect location for our trip. Close to restaurants shopping and family. The house is very well decorated and equipped. We had a lovely stay.

Great Townhouse in Overland Park!

We had a wonderful stay thanks in part to the beautiful townhouse in Overland Park we stayed in! The home was roomy, clean, and perfect for my sister and I. We appreciated the notebook left by the home owner with suggestions on where to eat and get groceries (although we left an email with a few additions). We liked having the key-less entry and LOVED having an off-street parking space. We highly recommend!
