Amazing location, quiet, end of the beach, beautiful view of the golf, centrally located across the street from Mike’s seafood restaurant, 1 mile walking distance to Thomas’s donuts. Kitchen was well stocked balcony is enormous with plenty of furniture to accommodate everyone. Great beach service.

Location was excellent. Unit needs deep cleaning and refurbishing, painting, kitchen cabinets need repairs. Unit is showing use and becoming shabby.

Overall, our stay was great! I want to mention we had a minor issue with check in but when I say EVERYONE was so helpful. Ms. Tammy was extremely responsive and security even came over to help, she was also wonderful! Ms. Tammy also had the locks replaced the very next day!! Besides this MINOR hiccup the rest of the trip went absolutely seamless. The condo was clean, accommodating, and atynning views. We will definitely be back :)

Unacceptable property condition

The good: Location was good. The building is located on the East side of the PCB so the area is not as touristy, and it’s quiet. Unit has beautiful balcony and spectacular views. The bad: The issue we had is cleanliness of the unit. Dust & grim everywhere: 1st the entry door very dirty & wiggly, I got really nervous when opening the door, the door needs replacement; dirty fingertips on all the inside doors and kitchen cabinetry; Lightning fixtures/ exhaust fans/ bathroom walls you could see dust/grim everywhere; living room sofa/loveseat, carpets, area rugs dirty; the balcony furniture: cushions dirty & worn out; when booking I did see unit was somehow dated but did not expected the issues above. Cheap towels, old bedding/pillows; gym: there is close to 200 units in the building, and the gym literally 10x10 - gym for two ppl; Per listing the chairs and umbrella included but we did not get to use it until half of our stay because of the scattered rain, the minute it would start raining a bit they would take chairs back and not resume the service. However the buildings to the left and right of the Emerald had beach service run all the time. We rented a chairs/ umbrella next door for 60 day, so that was additional cost to us. the property had some plumbing issues, the water took long time to drain in master bathroom, yuk. We informed the host of the issues. Uploaded some pics, only allowed to upload 8 pics, as I am not making this up. Would not stay at this property again.

Girls Trip

This property was amazing. Everything went very smooth from check-in to check out. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, bathe, entertain. Thank you for a great Girls Trip. This is one to remember!!

Great quiet place to stay at Panama City Beach

We stayed here during Spring Break which turned out to be a handful for the Pier Park area this year. This property was far enough away to be spared all of that. The property has all of the necessary kitchen items and more for whatever you'll need. The deck is spacious and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there when we got "sunned out" for the day and also enjoying early breakfasts. The resort provided chairs were very enjoyable. As a perk for us, Mike's Oyster Bar across the street has an incredible menu. We definitely got lucky on that and went there often for oysters. Probably the best we found.

Family fall break vacation

Absolutely fantastic property! Plenty of space for a family of four. The balcony was perfection. Super clean and host was able to communicate extremely fast. Property is beachfront, but just west enough from Pier Park to be quiet. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this awesome condo. The host has great taste and the condo was decorated above and beyond our expectations. Everything was very clean and closets and cabinets organized. Plenty of room to put your things. The kitchen was well furnished with items needed. Our favorite spot was the balcony. Loved the variety of furniture A high table and chairs to sit at and enjoy breakfast and a nice lounger for just relaxing and listening to the waves after sunset. The host was very quick to get back with us about any questions concerning our trip. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a “beachy” feel whether you’re in the condo, on the balcony or sitting at the ocean. Can’t wait to rent this place again sometime.

Much needed R & R!!

This condo was so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was probably my favorite part. On our 1st day we saw 5 dolphins from our balcony. We will stay here again for sure!
