It doesn't get any closer than this! Whether your on holidays or on your honeymoon, this ocean front beach house will provide you with the ultimate experience. This gorgeous seaside home is located at Saunders Beach which is just a thirty minute drive north of Townsville.

With over six kilometres of beach to discover, take a long refreshing walk, drop a line in to fish, and claim a piece of paradise for yourself. Have lunch at the nearby cafe or grab takeaway from the convenient store and have a picnic on the beach. Saunders Beach is is an outer suburb of Townsville, offering everything you need on holiday but with the option to head into Townsville for the day and then retreat to magnificent beach side sunsets in the evening.

Enjoy beach views from the living area, main bedroom and deck, but simply step onto the beach anytime you desire.
Modern and spacious open plan cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living and magnificent balcony overlooking an entire ocean! It's all at the Saunders Beach Holiday House. Welcome!

The location was perfect, the layout of the property was fantastic and recent renovations made the property a joy to stay in. The owners gave really thought about their guests I this property with a deep bath in the ensuite and a separate ensuite to the second bedroom, games and movies for the kids, it was a perfect stay in every way.

A small quaint pub walking distance which serves meals. One of the most relaxing places I have stayed. Recommend buying your groceries etc on your way there as the supermarket is around a 25 minute drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly what it said "on the tin" - AMAZING! Would definitely stay again. All you could want and more. The beds are very comfortable with choices of a good selection of pillows. Main bathroom is excellent. Everything needed to cook as much as you want when you want if you want. Very good wi-fi included. The view is fantastic, beach and ocean at the end of the garden. Air conditioning units very good with all settings and the ceiling fans are well-balanced, with no squeaks or vibrations to keep you awake.

Naturally passionate about finance and wealth creation. I am also a keen property investor myself. I’ve been a passionate host and Super Host for over seven years. I was fortunate to attend the hosting conference in L.A.
In November 2016 and I gained many valuable insights from it. I own one of my own properties and host on behalf of other lovely property owners, and I enjoy helping them achieve their financial goals and ensuring all guests delight in their holiday experience. I operate my established short-term holiday letting business, “Holiday Hosting”, to provide premier accommodation to those visiting Queensland.
I have obtained my full real estate license (Certificate IV in Property Services-Real Estate).
I look forward to providing guests with a home away from home.
