Summer Palace 8 is one of Ocean City' little gems with southern exposure on the ocean block. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week. Come stay at the Summer Palace and make wonderful memories that will last you and your family a lifetime!

Summer Palace 8 has the following amenities: Two AC units, assigned parking, two TVs, cable TV in living room and smart TV in the bedroom, free wifi, stack washer and dryer, 3 compact refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, and an outdoor foot shower.

The sliding glass door doesn’t open it needs replaced. The door in the hallway was hanging off.

Needs a little work

Place was okay. No smoke detectors (unless you count the one left on the counter), closet door propped up outside of the closet (install it or get rid of it), chunk of wall missing in the bathroom, sliding door is extremely hard to open/close, dead bolt doesn't work because half of it is missing, and someone's underwear or bathing suit bottom was left in a drawer. Would I stay there again? Only if I couldn't find anything else of similar or larger size within a few hundred dollars. We came for the beach and fun but I've stayed in nicer, bigger places for about the same price. Seems to be slim pickings this summer though.

Labor Day weekend

Nice location. Very clean. A little outdated. Lack of comfortable seating made it tricky in the evenings. Sliding door was difficult to open/close.
