Beautiful, 2 bedroom condo with a nicely furnished private balcony. It's located on the south side of the U-shaped building. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances and granite counters. This condo and the property are ADA accessible! The main bathroom features a large roll-in shower. Enjoy a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience, free WiFi, comfortable furnishings and so much more! You’ll have access to the gulf front large pool (heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, and a designated kiddie pool! Catch some sun on the beach, take a dip in the pool, or simply listen to the waves from your balcony. Beachfront property, balcony of unit faces South.

Perfect stay for us, living just 2 hours from Treasure Island. We stayed at this property for two nights. Just a few steps from the beach and all types of restaurants nearby. The unit was very clean and all appliances were working fine. My kids want to come back, so we probably will soon. I recommend for family of four.

We arrived a little early from the airport before 4pm which is check in time, waited for our code to post on our customer portal.The condo was very nice, we were on the 2nd floor, handicap accessible room with open area through the kitchen and living room area.The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, pans, and dishes needed.

Just as advertised

The apartment was a nice size, clean and sunny; the two bathrooms were a plus, as were amenities like beach towels and boogie boards. There was indeed direct beach access from the complex, and we could even see the water - a bit of it, at least - from our balcony. We enjoyed the place and the area a lot!

Good Resort. Still some Hurricane repairs in the works in the pool / bar area. Pool was open and they had a make shift bar set up for drinks.

Great accommodations

Location was wonderful. Property is right a beautiful beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My only critique is the kitchen should have been supplied with some basic items, like salt and pepper and a few spices.

Great!

We had a great experience. We loved the pool and being right on the beach. There was so much to do in the area (we loved how close John's Pass was and really enjoyed a dolphin sighting tour). We would absolutely return.

Nice place.

This was a nice place. Safe, comfy, clean and close to things. Still some storm construction going on but I’d come back.

Great time, great location

We booked a last minute beach vacation for our family of 6. Communication was excellent. Location on the beach was amazing and pool was also a nice bonus, crowded for 4th of July but expected. Bar was great along with the cafe. I will say the condo is a bit worn, dirty baseboards, old cook ware, chipped Teflon, etc. Safety wise they have an old piece of cut up carpet in the entry way which was very slippery and dangerous, would recommend a real rug with backing. Honestly a quick trip to Costco for a new cooking set, knives and a door mat would certainly add to the experience. No spices provided either and ice maker doesn’t work so make sure to hit Publix to stock up. No sponge is provided either which would help with clean up. There are a couple beach chairs to use, would be nice if there was a working umbrella to bring to the beach as well. Honestly, would give the place 5 stars if they invested a bit more in some of the amenities. The couch is worn and cracked and there are two wicker chairs- not a big deal since we weren’t in the room much but certainly not a comfy place to sit for even a family of 4. Balcony was nice to have to see the sliver of the ocean.

Beautiful weekend!

Beautiful location and beautiful beach! The parking garage was very accessible to this room and easy to navigate throughout the resort. Rooms were clean and kitchen was spacious! The beach was the best with sugary soft sand. Gorgeous shells and warm turquoise waters. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect

1st time going to Florida and it was amazing. Only thing I could complain about is maybe have some better cookware. The ones there were old and I tried to make eggs and they stuck so bad to the pan.

Great spot

The property location is ideal. Both the pool and beach were close. There's an ice cream shop at the corner, Circle K across the street, bar close to the pool, and the 2nd floor cafe. The bartender, Aly, was fantastic! She remembers you and does a great job at preparing tasty drinks with a smile. The cafe had a variety of food options, and the gentlemen there, Tony, Tony, and Andrew were helpful, friendly, and made awesome food.

Great location

Hard to beat the location. Super easy access to the beach and pool has a great set up. It was our second time visiting and would go again. Rooms seem to be hit or miss with being dated and nicer furniture, updated kitchen and appliances etc. balcony is nice to sit on and sunsets are awesome.

Relaxing

Loved the location. Loved the pool area very relaxing. Livingroom furniture not do comfortable but was ok for as long as we spent in the room. Had some issues with the toilet in the 1/2 bath being plugged. My husband tried every day to unclog it just didn’t have enough water pressure for it to go down after each flush. The handle in the shower was broke and so we had to turn it on from the base of it. Other than that we had a good stay. Thank you so much. Much appreciated😊

A great option for a family getaway

Our family recently stayed here and really only have nice things to say about it. The property was safe and clean, and was well-kept. We were there during a quiet time (first week in December), so it was nice to have easy access to the hottub and pool without too many people around. The unit was pretty nice — nothing overly fancy but again clean and everything worked well. The real benefit of the area is the beach... it's just beautiful and a 20 second walk out back. I'd recommend this place for sure!
