Marshall Inn 201 is in a great mid-town location on the ocean block on 62nd Street. It's a modern efficiency condo that has been nicely updated throughout and features a combined sleeping/living area with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and bathroom. This 2nd floor property also has an outdoor pool for a quick dip when you're not at the beach which is a half block away. A perfect get away spot for a couple or small family, this condo sleeps up to four people. It's convenient to the Route 90 corridor, along with numerous restaurants, plus only a few miles away from the Ocean City boardwalk and inlet. Note this property does not have a washer and dryer in the condo, but does provide a coin-operated laundry on-site. One parking spot is included with the rental. Rents any 3 nights all season! Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The condo itself was pretty nice, but the cleanliness could have been better. (Mattress protector looked nasty and the bath mat was damp and smelled terrible. The lack of an elevator made getting your belongings to your room difficult with a small child going up and down the stairs. I was over-all pleased with the location in proxemity to the beach, but the view from the balcony wasn't the best. The location of this condo being at the end of the hall where the door to the main entrance to the second floor made it a bit difficult trying to get your stuff in. It was difficult trying to keep the key turned while opening the door with your other hand full of things and getting in,

Vacation for two

Very close to the beach wich was perfect. It was exactly like advertised. We don’t always eat at restaurant so the kitchenette was perfect for us well equiped. Should have a 6 drawers dresser instead of the desk in the living room, would improove storage. We loved ot and we will certainly come back next year

Modern small perfect

If it is just you & a spouse or a child it is perfect. Anymore than 2 people would be too small. Make sure you purchase the linen package or you will need to bring all your towels & set of queen sheets for the bed & a double set of sheets for the couch. It is close to water, just a few feet away, no water view but it is very nice. Would recommend for 1 or 2 people

Great location, not the cleanest

Stayed here for 3 nights, the location of the place is great, it’s less then a minute walk to the beach. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the hallway entering the place smelt like cigarette smoke and there are signs saying no smoking. The place is older but the inside is updated. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well at all when we got there, I had to reclean it because you could tell they didn’t clean the floor (as there was hair on it) and bathtub didn’t seemed to be cleaned either. Other then that that place was updated for the age of the place and the location was great.

Vacation on beach

I enjoyed the property. The one recommendation is that the Direct TV be replaced with another mode of TV. The Direct TV kept going out and buffered and was a total mess. For the cost of what I paid, taking out the trash and cleaning up the room should have been included.

Borderline scary

I didn't clearly see the listing saying no wifi. Felt like a jail cell. Pictures were very misleading. Appeared larger in the pictures of the inside than what size it really was. I won't stay at that location again. Paid more than what I could have gotten in a different location. I will research further next time I rent from Vrbo in Ocean city.

Great location

Easy to book at last minute. Great location. Very clean. Not much of a view from the balcony but we didnt stay in the room much. Beds were comfortable. Had a great time.
