Not bad but needs work

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This property has a ton of potential but was just ok. The pros: location is great, management company responds promptly, good space, well stocked.The cons: Very dated. Too much furniture which is unnecessary. Needs some maintenance...Living room. Furniture is old and has tears. There are two full size kitchen tables when one would be sufficient and would make it less crowded. If the pull out couch is being used, you can't even walk by it. One table needs to be removed. I also hit my head multiple times on the chandelier/light in the kitchen.The upstairs bathroom toilet would not flush after one night. Maintenance was pretty quick and fixed same day when we reported it. Two days later there was something else wrong with that bathroom. Many of the bathroom tiles were broken(not a new problem) and if you walk in there, we realized that if you step on a tile, water would come up from the grout which was very crumbly. It seemed like a water leak from the wax seal or something. They did fix it within a reasonable amount of time.Bedrooms: Beds were very uncomfortable and creaky. The pillows were awful.Basement area: Needs an new TV. Who uses VCRs? They couldn't watch Netflix or anything.Kitchen: Well stocked. Only negative is that the coffee pot needs to be moved because you can't open it to fill with water without basically sitting it in the sink.This townhouse is in a great location. Ski in was easy to figure out. An easy walk to downtown. Would I stay here again? Maybe...but it wouldn't be my first choice. There are just some things that would be easy and cheap to make this a much better rental unit.Only complaint about management is that you have to physically go to the management office downtown to get a packet. This information could have easily been a message/email. It is quite an inconvenience when you can't find parking and don't really know where you are going. Th
