Welcome to Turtle Point! This 4-bedroom, 4 bath family-friendly townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from uncrowded North Tybee Island beaches. Additionally, this vacation rental is fully equipped with modern amenities and provides private boardwalk access to white-sand beaches frequented by dolphins, as well as a freshwater turtle pond. Beyond the beach, walk to local shops, art galleries, and restaurants, kayak through hidden creeks, or visit Savannah’s Historic District!

Great location! Great house!

The house was everything we expected and comfortably housed our group of 8. Easy beach access and while it’s a bit of a walk over the dunes it’s easy! There are camping chairs along with a beach cart / beach wagon which was helpful. The home is located in a nice neighborhood- very safe and quiet. Check in and check out was very easy and great communication with owner. Would stay here again for sure!

Great space

This townhome has plenty of space to sleep many people comfortably, 4 full bathrooms, game room, nice kitchen. There is room to gather and room to "get away"!!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. Plenty or space and all the amenities you could need. The gas grill does work but only one burner comes on just an FYI for anyone planning to grill. The beach is close, quiet and absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and so accommodating for all eight of us. It was spacious, clean and and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and had views of the water from the porches. It was so easy to book. We enjoyed this trip and home so much and will definitely be going back.

Perfect location

This house was beautiful and had a good little view from the balconies!! The host was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed!!! We had lots of space for our huge family, my parents, my family of 3 plus my siblings their spouses and children!! We will definitely look to rent this home again with our next family beach trip!!

Our important criteria for a beach rental is that each bedroom have its own bathroom, and we want beachfront property. This property met the bedroom/bath criteria but it was not beach front—8-9 minute walk to the beach and no good vista from the house to see the beach/ocean. Our hostess was very responsive to problems which arose during the two weeks. She was very pleasant and accommodating.

Tybee stay

This property was very clean and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. We had four families, who each had there own room and bathroom which was a plus for us. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and large table to gather and enjoy each other. Supplies for trip to beach and game room. Everything on listing is accurate and if ever in Tybee again, this would be my choice to stay again. Quiet neighborhood was another plus.

Couples Retreat

We had a wonderful stay for our couples retreat. We had lots of room to spread out and the place was very comfortable. We loved that we were within walking distance to the beach and also enjoyed watching the dolphins from it. The kitchen was well stocked and and had plenty of room for all of us to gather at the dining table. It was very convenient to have shampoo and conditioner already in the showers for you. We had a wonderful stay and definitely would like to return! Thank you so much for making our trip pleasant.

Plenty of room for everyone

The property is on a quiet street, with quick access to the beach. You can see the ocean from both outside patio spaces. The property was overall clean and felt updated recently. We loved how the property had plenty of common space for our large group. The kids loved the game room downstairs. The property manager had excellent communication and made the whole process very simple! I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Everything and More!

Our stay was EVERYTHING and More! The town house is so beautiful and spacious. They thought of everything to the small details. We travelled with two large families and small children. Each family had their own space and privacy. The kids had sooo much to keep them busy; the house came with games, puzzles, so many cool toys. The rooms are huge! The kitchen came with everything you need to cook for a large family. The house was very clean and everything was more than what we wanted. The owner was so kind and was just a call away for quick questions. We will definitely be back next year!

Gorgeous Tybee Island townhome!

Our hostess was very communicative the entire time, and offered a Google Drive of expectations of the stay and local spots! Two access points walking distance to the north end beaches. Walkability to coffee, tacos, shops was an added bonus! I recommend booking a golf cart in advance, will do next time! Highly recommend this property, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Great spot for our family

We are a family of four couples and one child, and this space fit us perfectly. The home is conveniently located to Tybee restaurants, lighthouse, and beach. The homeowner was excellent about communication, answering questions and providing information.

Great experience

Great property. Lots of sleeping quarters and very nicely decorated. Easy walk to beach and short drive to restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Home away from home

Our family of 5 included 2 adults and 3 children ages 7 and twins that were 2 years old. The last bedroom upstairs is where we all 5 slept comfortably with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds for the kids. The washer and dryer could be updated but we conveniently located beside our room. There are two other bedrooms upstairs: one with a king where my parents stayed and the other bedroom with a queen bed where my two sisters slept. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms! Downstairs on the main floor was the 4th bedroom where my grandmother stayed. Along with the living area, kitchen and nice family room with a tv, lots of awesome toys for the kids and two huge sofas that pull out as trundle beds for additional sleeping if needed! This place had plenty of room for more people than what we had with us. We loved it here! The only complaint was the walk to the beach. I didn’t mind it but when you have kids and all your beach belongings it made it a little more difficult. It was nice that there were two different paths to take. The board walk was really neat to see all the turtles, the kids really loved that! Overall we would definitely come back here and were very pleased with everything that was provided. All kinds of Beach accessories included in the garage! Second garage was loaded with fun games and a grill that we used! Outdoor shower was great also 😊

Wonderful Vacation House

Our entire experience at Turtle Point was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 13 family members stay here in June and it was very comfortable and spacious. The check in process was a breeze, and the welcome packet that was sent to us prior to our check in made everything easy! We had a clear understanding of where everything was located and what to expect while staying in the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great time. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. It had a very well equipped kitchen that met all of our cooking needs. Everything that you need for the beach is located in the garage! They even provided a wagon and a rolling cart for the beach chairs and umbrellas, which made the trek to the beach much easier. The only thing that we had to get was a cooler to take with us. If you have young children, there are plenty of toys, games, and books to keep them busy and entertained! There are many things to do on the island, but one of our favorite things to do( besides the beach) was to rent bikes and go explore! I would recommend renting for at least a couple of days. You can go almost anywhere on the island on a bike. Lastly, make sure to enjoy a sunset. The house is located in a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunset views. We walked past the turtle ponds and pavilion to the north side of the beach, and got some amazing photos. We appreciated everything that this house had to offer, and would definitely stay there again!

SO SPACIOUS!!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The owner was super nice and responded quickly to any questions! The condo is so so so spacious, the beds and linens were so comfortable! There’s also more space to park more than 5 cars! I rarely leave reviews but this condo exceeded my expectations! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
