Lovely location

The nicest thing about this house is the location. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful lakes and spotting ducks and turtles. There is lots of room in the yard for kids to play and a playground within walking distance. Also close to Goodyear ballpark.

The house was perfect. We loved it and plan to rebook for next year. I do wish the pool was heated, but I get it. Communication was spot on and any questions were quickly answered and handled. We loved it.

Fabulous home and Location!

Really enjoyed our week in Goodyear AZ and at this beautiful home. Location, Location, Location! It was so pleasant to get up to a gorgeous desert sunrise and walk around North & South Lake. The owners are amazing kind hospitable people and the beds are SUPER comfortable. We saw quail right outside the door by the beautiful pool. Yes!! If you are asking whether to rent this home!Fabulous!

Great Location and Really Nice house

We were there for 20 days, the location was perfect for our needs. I had a knee replacement in Goodyear, the location was 15 minutes away from my surgery, doctor’s office and Physical Therapy. Owners were great and accommodating. My wife kept sane by enjoying the beautiful community lakes and walkways. Close to shopping as well. The house and it’s location was the bright spot during our time in Arizona.

Spring Training Getaway

Close to the ballpark, nice area and neighborhood for walking ,and wonderful outdoor space. Convenient to shopping and nearby restaurants. Our stay was enjoyable, however, there were a few issues, the owners were contacted and all was resolved. The house is older and could use a few upgrades.

Property was okay, nothing special

Check in was very easy. House was not clean. We picked numerous hairs out of the bed but after traveling all day it was way too late to strip beds and wash them. Bar of soap was left in the shower. And there were little hairs on the top of the master bed as well as on the furniture as if a pet had been there and not cleaned up after. House could use a fresh coat of paint and a carpet cleaning. Kitchen needs a paring knife but we made do with a steak knife to cut fruit. Pool is NOT heated but that was my fault for not asking before booking. TV’s were not as simple as the instructions. We never got the master TV to work. Location is fantastic.

Nice house but could be better

The property was amazing. The location was nice and quiet. The pool was perfect. However, when we arrived we were expecting a stocked kitchen. We did not realize that we would have to provide our own silverware if the four of us wanted to eat together. There were only 3 forks in the whole house. The kitchen supplies just seemed cheap and lacking. I was also disappointed in the number of bath towels provided and that there was no cable for the upstairs TV. I did appreciate the towels for the pool and the pool toys. Overall, however, the place is nice and we did have a good time.

Great house with an awesome pool. Anna was very responsive to requests and questions. The house could use a few more essentials like towels and utensils but that is about it. The pool is lovely and the fountains made for a very peaceful day out by the pool! The house is aways away from things and requires a bit more time to get places but if that’s not an issue, this is a great place to stay!

Trip to Goodyear Arizona

We loved Arizona and our stay at this rental. When booking I didn't realize Goodyear Arizona was so far away from everything. If we travel back we have talked about renting something closer to the Phoenix/Mesa Airport. There were a few minor things when arriving to rental. The Tables/ counters inside and outside were very dirty ( ring stain from cups and food on them). The bedroom up stairs was not fully clean. There were a few dirty tissues on the ground, chapstick, and hair tie. There was plenty of towels but only one washcloth per bathroom. No dish towels or hand towel in kitchen so had to use paper towelsto do dishes. Also a pile of dishes left to dry and never put away when we arrived. We went to use the blender and found a clump of hair wrapped around the blade. Undid blender and was lots of green dried crushed stuff around the seal. Also lots of long black hair clumped to both rugs in mater bathroom and stuck to bed sheets. In master bath, the shower floor was dirty with orange soap spots and black hair. When we went to take out trash, the garbage from pervious people was never taken to the curb so it was full when we went to put our Garbage in and stunk real bad. Followed instructions to get pool lights to work and never did get them working. Other than the few things listed we enjoyed our stay but could of been cleaned better!!

Love the sunshine! House amenities were adequate but seemed cheap. Location very West. Perfect if all your activities are in Goodyear. Lots of driving otherwise. Lake walks in the morning were beautiful.

Great location, perfect for a small family

This house was perfect for a week's getaway from the snow back home in February. The location was quiet, developed, with access to just about anything you'd need to furnish the house with food nearby. We have two kids under 12 and the pool table was a big hit. It was a bit cold the week we were there so we only got to utilize the pool for one of the days. A heated pool would've been much nicer but it was unusually cold so may not have mattered much. The house itself had a great layout with the master bedroom downstairs and away from the other two rooms upstairs. The only issues we had were that the house needed a deep clean (dust and crumbs on counters in corners) and maybe some bathroom renovations. Not at all a negative for the house though. It certainly worked really well for what we needed out of it.

Great Layout and Location

The house is located in a really nice and safe subdivision with great walking paths around 2 lakes. There is also a residents club with a very good restaurant. The house has an excellent layout with good sized rooms. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pans and utensils. A tea kettle would be a welcome addition. The back yard and pool are also well furnished . We really enjoyed the covered patio. The are just a few things that keep this from being a 5 star property. The microfiber sheets on the beds are so clingy that it makes it difficult to ever turn over. There were only 5 bath towels, 4 wash clothes and 3 hand towels for the 2.5 bathrooms. The cleaning crew was either in a hurry or need better supervision, as there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a load of pol towels and blankets in the dryer upon check in. We only had one item that needed fixing, a broken shower head, and the owners were quick to have someone come and replace it. By improving the quality of hte bed sheets and providing more towels and wash cloths, this property would easily be a 5 star.

Great location and layout

This property has a very nice and spacious layout. It is located in Estrella which has wonderful walking paths, two lakes and a very nice clubhouse. The restaurant in the club house, which is within walking distance, has really good food. I would suggest a reservation as it gets busy, especially on the weekends. The outside covered patio was really nice with a table and comfortable chairs. We spent quite a bit of time sitting out there while drinking our coffee or tea (a tea kettle would have been a welcome addition to the kitchen). The pool looked nice with lots of chairs and flotation devices, but we didn't actually use it as it was too early in the year for the temperature to be comfortable. We only had one minor service issue with one of the shower heads being broken. The owners were very responsive in getting their maintenance man to install a new one. The cleaning crew either had an off day or needs to be better supervised. While the house was pretty clean overall, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a load of pool towels and blankets in the clothes dryer. This house has the potential to be a 5 star plus property. The layout is very good and it is in a great location. The owners just need to do some little things like providing some better bed linens, more towels and wash cloths, and the basic soaps, dishwasher supplies, etc.

Estrella Mountain Ranch

Very safe neighborhood, well kept property. Owners were extremely nice. Nearby lakes are a bonus. Great for walking. Outstanding sunrise / sunset. People were very friendly. Area is good for mountain hikes & mountain bikes.

Great location & welcoming place

Had a need for a last minute trip and luckily the dates worked. The house was just as described with a beautiful pool. We were lucky a laundry was available since we had a mishap with soda and luggage on the way down. Basic provisions included and the hosts were friendly and receptive. Great home base for us to visit the area. Quiet neighborhood, great amount of space. We needed a garage since we were moving my son from out of state and this home fit the bill well. Highly efficient for heating and cooling, big plus.
