We do want to mention that the pool is heated to 82 degrees, though we understand it can sometimes feel cooler depending on the weather and time of day. The issues you’ve described, including the stained bedroom carpet, unusable screened patio, visible TV cords, and bath caulk in need of replacement, are not the standard we aim to provide and will be promptly addressed with the property owner and our maintenance team. We also appreciate your observation about the differences in upkeep between individually owned condos. Because each unit is privately owned and decorated, condition and style can vary, but every rental should still be clean, functional, and well-maintained.
