We’re glad to hear the inside of the property was very clean, but we’re sorry there were several issues during your stay that affected your overall experience. We apologize for the AC going out for a day, the electrical sockets that were not working, and the shower light issue. Those are important comfort and maintenance items, and we understand how frustrating they would be during your visit. We’ll be sharing this with our maintenance team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed properly. We’re also sorry the patio was not clean when you arrived. While we’re glad the team was able to come out and clean it, it should have been ready for you before check-in. Thank you again for recognizing the cleanliness inside while also letting us know where we fell short.
