Charlevoixのダウンタウンのスイートに泊まることができるのに、なぜ部屋を借りるのですか？

Thank you! We're glad you enjoyed the stay—it truly is a perfect spot. Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the space felt smaller than expected and that the kitchen layout was not as convenient as it should have been. We understand how a small kitchen and a low microwave placement can make meal prep more difficult, especially when the buttons are hard to see. Your comments are helpful and will be shared with the management team and owner for review. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify where improvements or clearer listing details may be needed for future stays.

Cleanliness, comfort, and privacy are all important parts of a great stay, and we apologize for the issues you experienced with the master bathroom, shower pressure, upstairs bathroom layout, and main-floor bed comfort. Your comments about the condition of the condo and bathroom concerns are being shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams so they can be reviewed and addressed. We truly appreciate your continued history of staying with us, and we regret that this visit fell short of the standard you have come to expect from Pointes North Inn. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide such detailed feedback about your stay at Pointes North Inn, Suite 206. We truly appreciate your 8/10 review and are happy to hear that overall, your stay was enjoyable and that you would consider staying with Northern Michigan Escapes again. We’re delighted that you found the location ideal—being right in downtown Charlevoix, Pointes North Inn offers one of the most convenient and scenic spots in town, within walking distance of Round Lake, the Pine River Channel, boutique shopping, dining, and the iconic drawbridge. Your feedback is valuable, and our team has reviewed the communication procedures to ensure guests receive entry instructions promptly and clearly. It’s great to hear that once you contacted our team, the follow-up communication was quick and effective. We also sincerely apologize for the laundry issue you experienced.
