To comply with local rules, your stay includes a simple digital step: a short rental agreement, ID verification, and a $2500 security hold (a pending transaction, not a traditional deposit). If you prefer, you can opt instead for a non-refundable damage waiver from a third-party provider ($57 for up to 10 nights, plus $6 per extra night).
