Great place to stay! First VRBO in Saskatoon ,that we stayed at ,had regular TV stations. Cannot say anything bad about it.

Nice, clean basement apartment. I did notice a bit of noise from the upstairs, but if you are okay with that. This is a great little place.

Cozy place for 2 persons

Perfect size for 2 persons, walking distance to groceries, pharmacy and restaurants. Clean, cozy, big kitchen, ability to do laundry, 2 TVs with a lot of channels.

Lovely Stay

The hosts were great and attentive if we had questions or requests. This is a great place to stay and we’ll stay again if we find ourselves back in Saskatoon. Very very clean with everything you need. 😊

This was a great location to University and the Broadway district. The neighbourhood was very quiet and beautiful! A wonderful area for walking and taking in the sights of Saskatoon.

Saskatoon Plus

Property is ideal for visiting the city and particularly the University area. Located for easy walkability and good access for cycling as well. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again on my next visit to Saskatoon.

A home away from home

The location is a highlight of this property. Comfortable accommodations that is well stocked for most things. Cailyn was very prompt with messaging us. Check out was smooth without a long list of tasks to do before leaving. D

Awesome

The rental was very clean, very well maintained, cozy. The host was very approachable and helpful. It felt like home away from home. Close to where we needed to be. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Good location !

Beautiful safe area, 10-15 minute walk to the University Hospital. Loved my morning coffee in the backyard with the birds coming to the feeders every morning. The suite had everything you needed and more if you forgot something. Very well organized!! The bed could be better, but still comfortable. Loved my stay !!

The Trifecta - great space, great location, great hosts!!

The space was well finished, well appointed, clean and quiet. The hosts were friendly and recommended plenty of great places to eat, drink and explore. Sitting under the covered deck in the beautiful yard with the hosts was a highlight. They were able to explain to this pair of Albertans why the Cheese Warehouse sold so much meat and Prairie Records didn't sell any vinyl at all, lol. We will be looking for a reason to rent this space again!

Pleasant enough

Overall the property was well presented, clean with some quirky decor. Had a full kitchen and access to laundry facilities.Was private and seperate from.the hosts. And was a basement flat We are an older couple and found a couple of things not quite to our liking . 1) The door to the unit separated the bathoom from the rest of the living area, and had a step into the loungeroom and a step down to the bathroom , for us this was a bit if a trip hazard , especially at night , We left the one set of lights on dim in the loungeroom in order to see our way to the bathroom at night.so we wouldn't trip. 2) Being in the basement we were subjected to foot traffic noise from upstairs , creaking floor boards. This was to be disruptive to our peace and quiet certainly as we were due to go to bed.. Otherwise we found the unit comfortable and homely . Place was easy to find and close to everything. easy to find

Do not stay here

When I entered the property there was a steep staircase to access the suite which is in the basement . Upon entering the suite there was an unpleasant musty smell together with the cooking odours from above. The windows are tiny and so high up you can’t access them to open. The bathroom is outside of the suite. The outside area in the photos gives the impression you can access it from the suite. But not so. I had nowhere else to go so decided to stay the night while I could find another rental. That was unfortunate as there was loud thumping and banging from above until well after midnight and began again at 6:45am. When I contacted the owner she said they had two large cats who jumped around. Needless to say I only stayed one night of the four I had booked. My clothing stank from the musty smell and I had to find a laundry to do a wash. The owner was negligent in not mentioning cats as many suffer allergies. Also it would be pertinent to mention in the listing the steep staircase and also that the bathroom is not in the suite.

Couldn’t ask for better

I had to be in town for a funeral and the family didn’t have enough accommodation. Decided to try VRBO (1st time). Smooth experience. Great accommodation! It felt like they made the space just for me. Would not hesitate to stay again should the need arise. Top-notch! I know only 5 are awarded but I give it 10 stars!!!

Effortless

I would absolutely recommend this property. Communication was always prompt, check in was a breeze, everything I needed was there. Thoughtfulness was obvious in the setup/layout right down to the welcome sign in the bedroom.

Great location for Nutarna, cool basement in scorching weather

This apartment is as described. Reasonably well equipped although we did not cook any dinners there. Good sized kitchen. Nice and cool despite temperatures outside at about 100F/38C on several days. Bathroom is separate but still private on the same level. Owner wont come downstairs without prior notification.

Saskatoon Stay

Really great accommodation! Everything you could possibly need was provided in an exceptionally clean environment. Be aware ( for people with mobility issues) it is a basement apartment and the washroom is outside your actual living space, but it isn’t a problem. Lee and Caitlyn responded promptly to any questions we had.
