Spacious and clean, VILLA DE MARGUERITE (NaplesFloridaCondoRental) is a 1359 sq ft villa in the Naples Community of Beachwalk with an outdoor space and lanai. This 2 bedroom/2 bath is furnished with king beds. There are 2 outdoor pools, 6 tennis courts, a bocce court, fitness room and club house to provide you with the entertainment you desire. Just 1 mile away is Vanderbuilt Beach where you can enjoy hunting for seashells in the morning and watch a breathtaking sunset at night.
Personal assistance for check in/out and available for anything you may need to make you feel right at home.
The unit features AC, strong Wi-Fi, cable tv and Roku, full size, in–unit Washer and Dryer. The fully furnished kitchen offer all the large and small appliances you will need.
It is important to us that our space is always clean for our guests and that you have the confidence of knowing your safety is of upmost concern. We thoroughly clean the condo between each guest using disinfecting and sanitizing products. We pay special attention to high-touch areas including remote controls, door knobs, light switches, etc.
This spacious condo comfortably sleeps 4 with a king in each bedroom. For your beach days, we have portable beach chairs, an umbrella, beach/pool toys, bicycles and more.
The secured community of Beachwalk has 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub, 6 tennis courts, a bocce court fitness room, club house and more.

We live in beautiful Lake Geneva, Wisconsin with our two daughters and have been married for almost 25 years. With our busy schedules of work, sports, church, Girl Scouts, local community service, high school and college schedules, we treasure the time we can get away to relax and slow down together. As a family, we love to travel and explore new worlds and cultures.
