* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo B405 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great getaway

Property was as expected and as shown in the video. Clearly all the buildings have been recently painted which was nice. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Maybe update the outdoor chairs! Bathroom was on the small side and could use some updating especially the shower and I am really not a fan of shower curtains! Overall everything was great and no complaints. Jan and her son was very helpful and brought over a much needed hairdryer . We would definitely consider a future visit.

Spring Break B405 -Paradise Found (Almost) at Miramar Beach!

The location was unbeatable - just steps from the sugar-white sand and sparkling turquoise water. The condo itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, there was a bit of a snag during our trip. Unfortunately, unexpected construction work caused some noise and light disruptions in the evenings. This was frustrating at first, especially since we were hoping for some peaceful relaxation. Thankfully, the property management team was AMAZING! They were incredibly understanding and apologetic about the inconvenience. They not only addressed the issues highlighted but they also offered us very fair compensation for the disruption. Their focus on customer satisfaction truly impressed us. Despite the minor construction hiccup, our stay at the Beach House Condonimius was wonderful. The location and the condo itself were perfect, and the way management handled the situation solidified our positive impression. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway. What truly went above and beyond was the attentiveness of the property management. They checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. They were always readily available by phone or text to answer any questions. Jan, on the property management, was a rockstar! The friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel like valued guests, not just another number.

Nice beachfront Condo , very accessible

We stayed at beach house condo 4501B for Fall break. The location of the condo was perfect. right on the breach, very accessible and view from the living room is stunning. Balcony view of emerald water is super. We overall had a great time at the condo. We spent most of the time at beach and water . The complimentary chair and umbrella service was a Bonus. Condo had all the utensils needed for cooking. Overall if you are not looking for a luxury experience. This condo is your perfect bet. Jan is a great host and she was accommodative to adjust the dates for me and allowed me to check in couple of hours earlier as we drove from Georgia and reached early. She constantly communicated with me on text and email and and made sure we have everything needed. Thank you so Much Jan for sharing your place and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a decent place to stay at destin. Regards

Miramar vacation

We had a great week in Miramar except for the red flags! Our condo at Beach House was very nice and very clean with the possible exception of the floor feeling sandy. As we did not use the beach and were not getting sandy feet due to the high wind conditions we thought perhaps it had not been vacumed quite well.

Great Communication

Thanks to Hurricane Sally, we were not able to enjoy the condo BUT Jan was easy to communicate with both in the phone and text. She was quick with her response and it was very appreciated. When I told her we weren’t coming she was kind enough to offer us a discount the next time we plan a trip. She was very understanding. Thank you so much for that. I hope Sally wasn’t horrible to you and you are well. You will hear from us again in the future.

Perfect location, great beach and beach access. Loved the umbrella and chair set-up everyday.

We will definitely be back and would stay in this condo again. We were pleased with the space and the ease of access to the beach. Place could use a little updates in the kitchen and bathroom but nothing that would keep me from staying in this unit again. Jan and Corey were awesome to work with and very helpful. The welcome bucket when we arrived was a nice touch! See you next year!

Another fantastic visit to the beautiful Destin area beaches!

Beautiful ocean views enjoyed each day on the spacious balcony. Attractive well appointed corner unit was clean, quiet, and the complex was well taken care of. The clubhouse and exercise room were a bonus. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and breeze while lounging poolside. Grilled steak outside the first night and enjoyed dining at many wonderful restaurants in the area the remaining nights. Highly recommend Christiano's Italian restaurant, it was fabulous! Their Coconut Cream pie is amazing. The Beach House condo location can't be beat. Off the beaten path but convenient to everything. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful view and beach but condo could use some attention

The location is great and beach access is very easy. Pool is nice, but pretty crowded because of rough waters on beach. Tthe condo itself is nice but there were many small things that could be addressed. Weather was not good so we were inside more than expected. Plus some concerns about communication and safety. A maintenance man let himself into the apartment when my teenage daughter was there alone and did not leave right away when he discovered she was there. Said he had to change a filter in the bathroom? While attempting to brown some turkey in the pan that was available (no large non-stick frying pan), we filled the condo with smoke and the smoke detector did not go off. The building was painting stairwells so there was a "construction site" directly in front of our door the entire week and we had to use stairwell in next building - not terrible but would have appreciated some communication on this. Some of the condo issues had been noted by previous guests in the book but not addressed -- fitted bed sheet is worn and does not stay on the bed (and no supplemental sheets), no vacuum that works -- only straw broom for outside, which doesn't pick up sand inside well. The glass door to balcony was covered with salt because of the weather by mid week but there was no glass cleaner or rags to clean with. Tried with paper towels but didn't work very well. Big hole in cabinet under sink. The small things could be addressed quite easily. Since they were noted months ago by others, doesn't give good impression.

Million dollar view!

The property is really a terrific piece of beachfront. More footage of waterfront with lower rise buildings really creates greater space on the beach itself. While the property is older, it is well maintained, and the unit is roomy. The particular unit in which I stayed is in need of a revamp with the soft furniture. Upholstery dirty, and lump in middle of mattress. Small things in the grand scheme, and my top priority is always water watching. To this end, the balconies are spacious, and could comfortably accommodate a table, four chairs and two chaise loungers. Really nice for sitting in the sun when high winds prevented actual beach time.I will book at Beach House again, just in a different unit.

Location was wonderful.

Couldn't ask for a better location to relax. Took my grandchildren for a final holiday before returning to school and we had a wonderful time. The pool was great and the condo had everything we needed. Watched the dolphins while having morning coffee on the balcony. Everything you need is less than a mile away from groceries to restaurants and shopping.

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
