Wonderful House

The house was fantastic. We were a group of women in town for the senior games. So fun to have the ping pong table and hot tub. Great location. Hoping to have it again next year!

Beautiful Home, Comes With Everything!

This home was beautiful. Plenty of space to spread-out and lots of entertainment areas. I especially loved how organized the home was. Everything you need for a vacation was included. The game room (garage) was awesome, although a bit too hot during our stay to use. The home had every kitchen item you can think of (even a crock pot, air fryer, etc.) with a diagram showing where to find it all. Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, inflatables...it had it all. Most importantly, the water heater situation was AMAZING. 8 people all had nice hot showers with soft water. The hot tub would have been incredible too, but we didn't use it due to being in Utah during a heat wave. Location of the home is easy to get to, plenty of stores nearby. We did not use the community pool but it looked smaller than pictures and pretty busy the few times we drove by. Beds were firmer than we are used to, but they were fine. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. Wasn’t able to access the property on check in day until an hour after the promised time (4) as it was still being cleaned.

Spacious

The house was spacious and well organized. It was stocked with everything we needed. The pillows in the downstairs bedrooms are hard as a rock! Needs more towels and pool towels, we were washing towels constantly. Overall great place to stay… we had a good time.

Great place convenient to St. George

Loved the layout and the space. Only had 5 people but you could comfortably put a lot more. The kitchen was especially well documented and had everything we needed.

PERFECT Rental

This is a beautiful home! It is fully stocked with everything that you would need. More than enough clean, comfortable space for our group of five adults/semi adults. Fire pit and hot tub made for wonderful evening conversations. The pool is within a short walking distance. Quiet well-maintained neighborhood. Drives to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce and multiple other outdoor adventures were easy and filled with beautiful scenery. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking to feel at home, while away from home.

Great for families

We loved the layout of the home. Everyone had enough space to have fun together, but still have quiet time as families. The toy room and toys for our toddler grandchildren were a hit, and the adults loved the hot tub and other games. Everyone had a great time using the fireplace table in the evening! We would definitely like to stay here again!

So fun!

We really loved our stay here. We are three younger families. We’re friends and our kids are friends. We decided to get away for a short trip. The house had so many fun things for the kids to play with (things in the garage and a fun playroom with a half door under the stairs. It was so perfect for them. We walked down the path behind the house and found the playground and a little splash pad nearby which was such a fun discovery. We had a blast at the pool, went to Tuacahn, played at Thunder Junction, and just overall had a great time. The house was in the perfect place for all the things we wanted to do and was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Great place for the whole family!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bright Washington home. The attention to detail, especially as it relates to the comfort of families was incredible. Beds were comfy, amenities were plenty and our 2 and 4 year old LOVED all the toys and games. We will definitely be back!

Great for Kids!

The home was set up great for family and little kids. Two living/TV areas for separate groups. Plenty of beds for sleeping. GREAT kids play area under stairs. Our grandkids spent hours in there. Terrific communication with the local contact. The only issue was that the hot tub was not working... That was disappointing to us. We wished we would have known this upfront, rather than after we got there... After our stay, the owner did offer a small portion of a refund due to the hot tub not working. Still, having a private hot tub at the home was one of the main reasons we booked here. We would probably stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

The house is amazing. We have family in the area so we plan trips to go see them several times a year. We have stayed at many places in the area and this is one of our favorites. The house was spotless clean and is in a perfect location close to St. George and Hurricane where our daughter lives. Everything is labeled and easy to find. I did not have to purchase any items to make our stay more comfortable as everything we could need was in the house. We had our grandkids over to visit and they loved the game room with basketball hoop, ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. They also love the kid TV area with large bean bags. Each room and bathroom had everything you need to be comfortable. We will be back and stay at this house again.

Five star home

The owners have gone the extra mile to make their home comfortable and family friendly. From comfortable beds ro fun for kids of all ages, this home is by far one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed in. Everyone Commented several times on how clean and beautifully decorated the home is. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms a nice touch. We will definitely be returning. Clean, beautiful, FUN!!!

Loved loved loved it! It was above and beyond a typical vacay place. There was something for everybody including a toddler play area, a big kid area, a lounge area for adults, games, ping pong, basketball, etc. there was a ton of fun things to do in the house and it was well stocked for fun at the pool as well as out and about. There were bikes and scooters for the kids as well as pickle ball paddles. On top of that it was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. I cannot say enough about it!

So nice!

This was a perfect home for our family. Great things for kids including the pool and activities in the garage. Adults loved the hot tub and pickle ball courts. We also loved how organized everything was and how well stocked the kitchen was so that we could bake and cook. One of the best rentals we’ve ever come across.

Perfect house for families with great location

This house literally had everything a family could need (everything was labeled and mapped) We stayed for a week with 3 kids under 7. The house is almost brand new and everything was spotless and beautiful. Thoughtful touches in every room. The kids loved all the amenities like the pool and nearby park. We played so hard and made so many memories here. If you have a family with young kids- you literally don’t even need to bring anything special. The house has high chair, pack and play, a playroom with toys, changing table, and so many linens, towels, and pool accessories. Seriously, just the best experience. My family will be coming back every time we visit this area. We live in Utah. But this was the best getaway.
