You’re only a hop, skip and jump away from the stunning teal waters of the Gulf of Mexico and many picturesque viewpoints. Enjoy a home away from home with plenty of sun and sand at your fingertips. Located on the West Coast of Florida, Pelican Pointe offers many amenities to completely satisfy your stay.

This spacious condo features a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances, a granite breakfast bar and bar stools for extra seating. It opens up to the dining area with a large table seating 6 people comfortably. There are two glass sliding doors opening up to the double-wide balcony furnished with two reclining lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a patio table with 4 chairs. One of the sliding doors connects the living area, the other one the kitchen/dining area to the large balcony. Perfect to soak in the sun and enjoy meals close to the water’s edge. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and a nice fire place. The main bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV and and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and another flat screen TV. The main bath has a step-in shower, the 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo. There's a full size washer/dryer inside the condo, free WiFi and assigned covered parking for two cars. Please note: There is not an elevator at this property.
