Great time

We had a great time! Loved they had beach chairs and beach items. Nice pool and hot tub. It was a nice set up for bedrooms and view. We would go again. Easy to work with.

nice condo, as advertised, warm pool (even for relatively cool week), very nice beach that was great for walking. owner very responsive and easy to work with. would definitely recommend.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness of the unit was poor. They were plenty of towels and they were good shape but they left us nothing to clean the towels with sheets for the bed you could read a paper through.

Convenient

Good view of gulf and inter coastal waterway. Many windows for cross ventilation so it is not necessary to use heat or air conditioning. Close to the best restaurants

Large, clean, convenient

This condo is fabulous. It is large, has a breakfast nook with round table, perfect for playing cards. The view of the beach is great. Condo is well equipped. Love staying here.

Condo not at as described.

No ice maker in refrigerator. Dishwasher didn’t work. Very poorly stocked kitchen. Furniture very old and uncomfortable in the living room. Light in kitchen and light over dining room table didn’t work. Location was great but would not return. Contacted Kevin but with no satisfaction.

We were very happy with our condo. Spacious with great views.

The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The white sand beach is close. The sunsets are spectacular. The only suggestion would be an update to some of the pool chaises and umbrellas. We had a wonderful two weeks and are coming back next year.

Great Condo

This was our 4th trip and we had a great time as always even with the rain in the afternoon. We have stayed at Beach Cottages 3 times now and this has been the best condo yet, very spacious with a great view.

The overall property was very well kept.

We had a great time at this condo. The property was well kept, the condo was very spacious and had all the amenities of home. The only negative is that the condo needed a deep cleaning. Dust on baseboards etc. We would be happy renting this condo again. Kevin the owner was very accommodating!
