I was a very pleasant stay, we booked 8 days in this beautiful apartment and enjoyed every one of those days. The Host kept good communication throughout the whole process, honestly 10/10 would recommend.

The view is spectacular, just like in the pictures. The only thing we found we did not like was the neighborhood noise. Not really the property's fault, but a factor.

This property is amazing if you want to wake up in paradise! Views are beautiful and property is clean and well kept. Walking distance to outstanding restaurants in Coconut Grove. But no need to pay for happy hour cocktails at restaurants when you can have them on the patio here with the bay views! I will be booking again!

Great Location

We had a group of 4 friends stay at this property for an extended weekend. This was a great property and location. The room was very nice with great amenities. Nice pool area and good size fitness. The unit was walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops in the Coconut Grove area. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

Disappointed!

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for two days but upon arrival and walking into the unit we noticed it was only a one bedroom 1 bath unit. We contacted the owner and she first told us that we only booked a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit which I kindly told her that I had proof that I booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. I was asked to wait so she could check our reservation. When she got back to us she told me that her calendar did not sync and that the room next door which was part of the unit we rented was already reserved by another couple. I told her this was unexceptable which she replied that the best she could do was to refund the difference between a 1 bedroom unit and a 2 bedroom unit and also provide a cot for our guests to sleep on. I was furious that she made us go back and forth with her for a good hour and a half until I finally put my foot down and told her that the other party should be the one to give up the room since I booked this way in advance. She finally messaged us back and said that since the other party had not yet arrived that we could go a head and take the other one bedroom. It was a horrible way to start our 4th of July. Weekend ! As far as the apartment the furnishings were IKEA so couch was not that comfortable. Also no dish towels. The view was amazing but be careful leaning on the railing on the patio balcony we notice our hands and clothes had white sticky paint on them after leaning on the railing.

Stayed for Orange bowl sailing regatta

I had the pleasure of renting this property for the Orange bowl regatta. It was me, my daughter, and her sailing partner. The apartment was immaculate, and awesome views! The location is also perfect for walking around, and safe for teens to make their way to Coral Reef Yacht club. I had a car as well and parking was in a secure garage. We would definitely recommend staying in this VRBO and hope to come back next year!

Granddaughter's Second Birthday

Love this building! Great views in the heart of charming Coconut Grove. This is a lovely corner unit with 2-1/2 baths. Really great for two couples or family members. Nice pool and nice staff. My 3rd or 4th stay here and they have all been great.

Nice and clean apartment

Clean and well planned apartment in a good location. The apartment is a few years old, so somewhat worn but functional. Comfortable beds. Ok kitchen with what is needed. Large bathrooms with older bathtubs. Good pool area with heated pool. In total we were satisfied and recommend the apartment.

Beautiful scenery, easy walk to Coconut Grove.

This is an amazing condo. The views are breathtaking. Waking up to a view of water and sailboats is a peaceful way to start the morning. In the evening the sunset is breathtaking. The condo is clean and beautifully kept. The half bath really works for not disturbing people in the room. Parking is very easy and convenient. Neighborhood is very safe and easy to walk to Coconut Grove shops. We were traveling with family, this time. However, I told my husband he should bring me back for a romantic trip to condo. Do not hesitate to reserve this location.

Nice view. Clean

-- We wish: 1) the living room and kitchen are bigger. 2) you renovate the master bath room (at least: the bathroom vanity cabinet & sink to make it look more modern). 3) The pool was closed too early. Need to open until at least 10pm -- Nice balcony. Clean rooms. Good communication. It's hard to park inside the yellow spot (too small). -- We intend to come back again. Thank you.

Beautiful condos in the fun, safe location

We rented several units in this building to accommodate a large group of family dropping off a UM student. All of the condos were modern, well-furnished, clean with great views. We had a wonderful visit. My only area of improvement would be for the pool to be open longer hours and for the check in process to be easier (a bit arduous to prevent fraud). Owners Natalia and Silvia were easy and attentive to our needs. Thank you Ladies!

Really easy to get in, very easy to get in touch with manager of the apt, excellent view, easy parking and it was spacious enough for our family of 6 Really the only thing that sometimes irritated us was the waiting for the elevator sometimes..... Overall a great place to stay!

Hotel Arya- corner suite

Space was as lovely as the photos show. Property manager greeted us, then checked in via telephone during our visit to make sure the facilities and our trip were working well. Restaurants locally were higher end. No local grocery store nor mid-range/fast-food restaurants were within walking distance.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
