Hi Bradley, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - I want all of our guests to rest easy. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. I do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while I try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. I’m sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Thank you for sharing your feedback. - In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out, especially if you’re having trouble changing the thermostat settings. If you aren’t accustomed to smart thermostats, sometimes it can be a challenge to figure out. For future guests, I may provide a QR code to scan with a link to directions on how to adjust the thermostat. - As far as the water heater, it has a 40-gallon capacity, which should be plenty of water for two guests. Of course, if the first person takes a 30-minute shower at two gallons per minute, that leaves the 2nd person with only about 10 minutes of hot water. This is our first complaint about the hot water and we apologize for the inconvenience. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!
