Welcome to The Blue Beachside Bungalow, just a two-minute walk from Woorim Beach and close to parks, paths, shops, cafes, and more.

This family-friendly house stands boldly from the street front, designed with comfort in mind for families. The air-conditioned open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the property, flowing onto an elevated front deck. It’s the perfect spot to share a drink and a chat with your favorite people.

The bungalow features three bedrooms with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a double single bunk combo and a single bunk set. There is one bathroom and an internal laundry with a second toilet. The front deck is equipped with a table and chairs for outside dining, and a BBQ for epic cooked breakfasts and family BBQs. Off-street parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

Just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Woorim Beach, this property offers the convenience of local amenities and attractions right at your doorstep. With less than an hour’s drive to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane city, The Blue Beachside Bungalow is the perfect choice for your next getaway. 25 Winnett Street Woorim and 2/19 Murray Street Woorim are directly next to each other. Both are holiday rentals and can accommodate up to 16 people between the two properties. If you book both houses for the same dates under the same name a 10% discount will be applied after booking.

Woorim Beach Getaway

We arrived Friday afternoon and collected our keys from the real estate. Staff greeted me very happy and friendly. We went to The Blue Beach Bungalow at 25 Winnetts Street Woorim and fell in love with our accommodation straight away. The deck is cute, the kitchen is big, the second toilet was great to have and the bedrooms and lounge and dining rooms were spacious for all of us. It's less than a five minute walk to the beach, cafes, pub and local shops. The weekend was fantastic. Thank You Bribie Island Realty we will definitely come again. I would highly recommend this bungalow to everyone looking for a getaway!!!!! Cheers xx from Stefania Di Lione

Good location.. Needs some attention to be a 5/5.

The house is very well located and overall a good experience. The decoration is spot-on and I wouldn't change a bit. Very good 1st impression. The attention on providing toys and games for the kids goes noticed. Now, there are some sticky points that need to be solved. In my humble opinion, in order of priority: - Provide WIFI to your guests. It's a must these days. - Put some privacy film on the bathroom windows. It's daunting without it. - Fix the shower switch between tub/shower. It slips and sometimes hard to pull. - Fix the shower screen. The door came loose (completely detached) a few times when we used it. - Put a curtain on the living room. Give guests an option if they want a bit of privacy. - The vacuum provided is not working properly. It's loosing power very quickly. - That BBQ is quite rusty and not inviting at all for guests. - The front door painting is peeling off.

Highly recommend

This was a perfect house for us just a few minutes walk from the beach. Heaps of room to accommodate a large family - beautifully decorated, clean and practical with lots of extras for the kids ie games, toys and beach gear. Wonderful outdoor area at the front -we loved it. We took the boat and spent a week and could easily have stayed longer with boat access close by at pumicestone passage and the beach a short walk away. There isn't much yard but we never found it difficult with parks nearby for the grandchildren to play. We loved the dairy free icecream from the local cafe Pig Face and their fish and chips. A big thumbs up from us!
