At Black Rock Mountain Resort, we’ve combined all the elements of a perfect vacation and integrated a pace of life that is as easy to enjoy as it may be difficult to leave. All suites feature either spectacular views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley or the mountains of the Wasatch Range and include access to onsite amenities rivaling any community in the Park City area. The Wasatch Mountain Range region is famous for its prime powder during the winter, but the other seasons are just as epic. There are deep lakes and winding rivers for endless water recreation, 400 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking adventures, and the Utah Olympic Park for ziplining, ropes course, and extreme tubing.

The majestic mountains and canyons provide incredible scenery to explore or take in the view while relaxing by the pool. The pool at Black Rock Mountain Resort is a heated year-round resort amenity! All of this, and we are just getting started.

Park City offers world-class skiing and snowboarding with two ski resorts just a few miles from Black Rock Mountain Resort. Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in the country, and Deer Valley Resort with 2,000 skiable acres. Other winter activities to enjoy include Helicopter Skiing, Cross-Country Skiing, Snow Shoeing, Alpine Riding, Dog-Powered Sled Rides, Sleigh Rides, Snowmobiling, Winter Biking, and Ice-Skating.

There is a reason that the Park City locals say, “I came for the winter but stayed for the summer.” Summer in the Wasatch Mountains offers a respite from the heat. The region is filled with many beautiful lakes, reservoirs, waterfalls, and rivers making it a perfect location for river rafting, tubing, paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, power-boating, water-skiing, and jet-skiing.

Our luxurious and spacious 1,277 square foot (119 sq meter) two bedroom condo features a king master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom with walk-in shower, two queen bedroom, a bathroom with a large soaking tub plus a living room with queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. This room has an up close and personal view of the mountainside and hiking trails adjacent to the resort. This side of the resort tends to be quieter and gives ample opportunity for glimpses of wildlife right outside your private balcony.

Black Rock Mountain Resort is dog-friendly. There is a pet fee of $95/stay for up to two dogs, with a maximum combined weight limit of 250 lbs.

The pet fee does not apply to certified service dogs. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals and are not exempt from the pet fee. Under the ADA, only dogs may serve as service animals.
