Great location - easy walk or bus ride to restaurants in Park City. Quick 5 minute ride to Deer Valley lifts.Condo was decent but we had two concerns. There's very limited drawer space in the bedrooms to store clothing. Additionally, there's no mudroom to store boots and ski clothes.

A very functional and comfortable home.

The description of the property was accurate. Everything worked, the beds and baths were comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing. Easy parking in a great location was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place & good location

Enjoyed being 10-12 minutes walking to the Main St area of Park City. Nice place with semi private hot tub on the roof as a cool benefit. Communication with Moose Mgt. property rentals was very good and easy. Parking garage was a plus and AC a must during the summer period.

Perfect location for Deer Valley skiers

The condo was just what we needed for my small group (parents with one young adult child): two full bedrooms each with their own good-sized bathroom, plus a comfortable common area for us to relax. The best parts are the hot tub on the upper balcony (overlooking the mountain) and the free shuttle right outside the door that takes you to the resort or downtown PC. Easy communication with the host was also appreciated. We hope to stay again!

We loved our stay at Sunspot! The listing is accurate and was extremely clean. It fit two couples perfectly and was a short walk to Main Street. The rooftop hot tub was the best way to end each day. Management company was super responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Park City!

Location is wonderful

This is a fabulous location, easy walk to Main Street . Free transportation to all areas of Deer Valley and Park City right outside your door. We didn’t even need to get in the car. Great management with thorough communication. Clean property. Enjoyed this ski trip so much.

Great spring break

We stayed at the condo for our annual ski getaway to Deer Valley. The condo was as described in the listing and sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plentiful and soft. We are a family of 4 with two boys - we all enjoyed the stay. The bus stop to take you to Deer Valley or Park City is literally right outside the door which is very convenient. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Great location. Beautiful space. Crazy comfortable and the hot tub!! Oh my! The coffee pot didn’t work BUT they replaced it the same day we contacted them. This place is amazing. 2nd time we’ve rented this space.

Right on the bus system, perfect location for skiing!

Great location, right on the bus routes between Park City and Deer Valley. Easily can walk downtown too. Ski locker and two parking spots in garage. Fun set up with the rooms in this unit. Two master bedroom/bathrooms. Living room has a great vibe and we found our family hanging there in the evenings all together.

Perfect for Deer Valley and Park City

Condo is well maintained and a great spot for your family vacation. Easy walk or take the free PC bus to Main st or Deer Valley. Communication from rental company was more than enough to get us in. We used both bedrooms and the pull out sofa bed which were great. Would stay again. Only negative would be poor shower water pressure. But plenty of hot water for family of 6.

Great place in very convenient location.

Lovely place! Very convenient location! Suggestions ...more vanity or counter space needed in bedrooms and bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the small side. There is little to no place to set items in bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also only a few nightstand size drawers in bedrooms to keep clothes in and a tiny closet in bedrooms. Perhaps adding shelves in bathrooms or small table of some sort to set items on. With that said, the place was very nice and we would stay there again.

Perfect Location

The property was in the perfect location for us to hop on the bus to Deer Valley every day to ski or to walk into Park City! The management company was extremely helpful and even allowed us to check-in early. The condo was as advertised; however, there is literally ZERO storage space to unpack your bags (i.e. no bedroom dressers, etc.). Also note that there is no place to hang/put your ski clothes or boots in the condo so we just used the dining room as our ski "drop zone" which was a very inconvenient with 5 people in the condo.

Nice and convenient condo

Condo is modern, clean and nicely decorated. It is located near the bus line which make it convenient to downtown Park City and Deer Valley lifts. Be aware there are plenty of stairs to the place. We had issues with the cable not working and were without TV for 4 days. Storage is limited (no place to hang ski jackets, goggles, etc.). Be prepared to shovel snow if you want to use the hot tub. Thanks for staying with us, Glenn. We had a technician out to the condo within an hour of you reporting the cable was out. It was discovered to be an issue with the cable company. We scheduled their first available appointment and scheduled a technician to meet them... but you called and said the cable came back. Sometimes snow and bad weather can cause cable difficulties. We handled everything you reported as quickly and professionally as we possibly could. The rooftop hot tub is amazing and our hot tub technician does shovel a path to the hot tub but does not shovel the entire roof. Winter is the most popular time in Park City but it does come with its own set of difficulties when the storms hit. We appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you had a great trip.

In town for continuing education.

We were intown for some continuing education classes. We extended our travel a few extra days to enjoy Park City. Since we were going to be in classes we did not rent a vehicle but we were able to walk to town and enjoy Park City restaurants and shopping. We noticed how polite drivers were of us crossing streets. We were able to ride the ski lift and enjoyed hiking down. We could have researched hiking paths better as the path we were on was also a mountain bike path. The weather was great and we enjoyed the stay. The hot tub was icing on the cake!

Thanks for staying with us, William. Sunspot is such a great location, right down the street from the Deer Valley Resort and up the street from Main Street. The free shuttle even picks up right out front. We're happy you enjoyed the gorgeous roof top hot tub. We'd be happy to host you again any time!

Was an alright experience overall. When I booked it, my knees weren't giving me grief at the time so I didn't think anything about all the stairs, which did hender my getting around but that was on me. The only other thing that could be addressed is having coffee available for guests. Never have stayed in a place that didn't have some coffee to brew in the morning. I had to leave a day early so my guest friend hopefully left it in good condition. Nice stay overall. Thank you!

Thanks for staying with us, Carrie! Sunspot is a great location, right by the Deer Valley Resort. We hope you used the rooftop hot tub during your trip as well. Things like coffee aren't offered due to COVID. We don't advertise things like that in the amenities for that reason. Luckily, the condo isn't far from a store where it's easy to pick up things like that.

The ski weekend!

We stayed here for the weekend to ski and it was everything we hoped it to be. Management was friendly and responsive. They gave us recommendations for transportation. We really enjoyed the fireplace and getting into the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Great condo in a perfect location

Old town is an easy walk from the location yet the property was very quiet and peaceful. The condo is well appointed, easy to access, and was great for dining in and hanging out. We started most of our mountain bike rides from the front door.

Great Location

Condo is close to downtown Park City and an easy bus ride to ski at Deer Valley. Great location for a ski weekend!
