Set atop a hill in Truro overlooking Cape Cod Bay, enjoy Sunset Bluff!

A walk up a flight of exterior stairs brings you to the home’’s entrance. Once inside, cook up a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it in the cozy dining area. Watch a movie in the living room before heading to bed in one of two bedrooms in this sleeps 4 home. A set of twin beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other are the perfect places to count sheep after a day on the beach.


Boasting one of the most iconic views of the Cape, stare straight across Cape Cod Bay to the tip of Provincetown, with Pilgrim Monument clearly defined in the near distance. The breathtaking view is only one of the many perks of staying here. A private bayside beach is a short walk down a path at the edge of the property, while the shuttle to Provincetown center allows the opportunity to leave your vehicle parked at home for a carefree and car-less day.



Sunset Bluff is one of five two-bedroom cottages available for rent at this property; other cottages include Wind Bluff (12216), Bay Bluff (12217), Spring Bluff (12218) and Summer Bluff (12219).

Beautiful view

We had a great time! The area and view are beautiful! Just a short ride to Ptown. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view.Only 2 things would recommend. Deck chairs cushions are quite worn and would be much more comfortable with newer ones.A couple of kitchen cabinets would not stay closed. Especially the one where the bowls are. Bumped our heads a couple of times.

Extra blankets

This is not a fancy place but it has everything we needed and wanted, including a fabulous deck & view; proximity to the national seashore and Provincetown; and extra blankets! The weather changed while we were there & we were grateful for extra blankets!

Great view of Bay!

Great location and view of the bay! There were some damages that were surprising to find. Need to repair some things! Especially the storm door which is broken and doesn't close properly.

Exceptional rental

The location was ideal, as Ptown was the place to be for New Years. Everything in the description was exactly as stated in Del Mar rental agreement. Everyone we needed was supplied. My husband and I were very comfortable staying at the rental. The beach was great for long walks. The house was clean with towels and blankets. I hope to get there again soon. Kathy Delmonico

First Cape Cod stay

There was a wonderful bay view from the house. It was very clean and organized. Only drawbacks for us was; the TV remote not being the original, so was challenging to use. Also, the heating unit was messed up and no manual to go with it. I called but didn't get a return message until morning, by then we had gotten heat to work.

Fun in N. Truro

The property is lovely and the location was perfect for what we wanted, which was to be able to travel between Chatham and Provincetown and explore. Kendall and the rest of the team were very on top of things and extremely helpful which of course makes the stay that much better. The views were absolutely gorgeous, and it was nice to be able to walk down to the beach… There are only two things that I see as a negative, I wish there were more supplies in the kitchen, maybe a couple large bowls for salad or if you’re doing seafood, We did get Lobster’s, but chose to get them on the way out. Also more than 1 bath towel per person since you cannot do laundry would be nice. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Wonderful getaway!

Super time, great space, peace and quite, beautiful views, everything you need was there. Minutes away from Provincetown, wonderful eateries, Stop & Shop delivered our groceries everything was perfect and relaxing.

Wonderful

Everything was as expected. Beautiful view and quick walk to the beach. The inside itself was nothing fancy but was clean and provided everything we needed.

Getaway

As Healthcare providers, taking time off is limited but once a year a group of us get away. This little getaway had all we needed. Except for the weather, we were close to ask we wanted to see and do as well as was right on the water. It was a relaxing time away in a great place.

Perfect Weekend

Comfortable, clean and a perfect location. An easy drive into Provincetown and a quick walking path to a quiet beach made our Girls Weekend perfect. The property is lovely and the management attentive. We've been staying at the Cape for 40 years and this is a rental we'll frequent.

Truro Cottage with a View

Cottage was minimalist design, but had exactly what is needed. The view of the ocean and Provincetown was spectacular!!! The sunsets majestic!!! It was part of a property that had the owners at the top of the hill and 5 separate cottages. Richard and Gloria were very hospitable. I felt like I was part of a community!!! Delmar was great! I called and asked for a blender and they brought one over. Definitely will return!!!
