Welcome to a stylish and relaxing short term rental in beautiful Niagara on the lake (Virgil) walking distance to major wineries and entertainment. It is consisting of 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (a queen and a king), spacious living room, 50 inch TV (android), high speed internet, working area, dining and entertainment space . We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Stan’s place was beautiful, spacious, clean, luxurious while also being very homey. The yard & patio was also terrific.Stan was a tremendous host. He communicated everything very clearly & was very responsive & friendly.We will certainly come back to stay at Stan’s place & highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful property. Very clean and well designed. Beautiful yard, we very much enjoyed sitting under the gazebo in the afternoon. We would definitely return to this property if back in the area.

Stan has thought of every last little detail - this is a large apartment with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms including a great bath. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a great laundry and for the sunny times a little garden patio to sit out in.Stan had even left us home made goodies to snack on - such a wonderful touch. This place is great to stay to visit both the Falls and Niagara on the Lake - we will come back next time we visit Canada.Very very highly recommended

This was a great spot in a great location!!! Very close to great restaurants and all of the wineries. It was so good having the two bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was so easy.

Great central location with nearby access to lots of wineries and restaurants. The property was exactly as shown online - good layout for 4 guests, very clean, and the extra's included by the host makes the property very homey and welcoming. No complaints and would definitely return for another stay.

Great place near most of the popular wineries

Really well upkept place, super spacious, lots of amenities and really convenient location. Hosts are very nice and check in is easy. Definitely a better place than renting in Niagara and driving to/from the wineries.

Lovely Place. We had a wedding to go to and the BnB was very close to everything. Very clean, hospitable host. Lots of room. We enjoyed the gazebo and gardens. The gazebo was a quiet place to sit, chat and relax.

Beautiful place!

We came to visit Niagara Falls and some wineries. Great location close to many wineries The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Stan was a great host and quick to respond to messages. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

Great property and space

The space was really well kept, it was clean and spacious. The location is a 10 minute walk to Gretzky and Trius wineries. Host is super help, would recommend this property, and I would stay again.

Stan is an excellent host. He quickly responded to all my questions. The unit is exactly as described and in immaculate condition. The location ideal, close enough to old town Niagara On The Lake, but far enough away to be quiet. I will make sure to book this location again, when I’m back to visit NOTL

A Delightful Property Central to Wine Country

Whether your purpose is to visit all the wineries Niagara has to offer, take in shows at Shaw, or both, Stan’s property is great. Quiet, spacious and centrally located it’s good for one or two couples and both the kitchen and washrooms can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

A life coach by vocation, I have passion for hosting and accommodating people from all walks of life. My family and I immigrated from Bulgaria, Europe to Canada 22 years ago. It has always been my dream to settle later in life in Niagara on the lake, by the wineries, where summers are long and winters are mild. I dreamed to open a vacation property in the area. We purchased the property in 2018. I put all my energy and skills to renovate it. We live upstairs and we welcome guests at its lower level. While some reasonable noise from walking upstairs is expected, so far guests tell me that their experience at my home is superb. I am thrilled to provide the best time for relaxation and recharging to my soon to come new guests! Welcome and see you soon!
