Comfortable South Asheville Townhome W/ Hot Tub

*The host will send you a separate email requesting payment at the time of booking. The reservation is not confirmed until the booking has been paid for through their credit card processor. The host will cancel if payment is not received within 24 hours. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit cards.*

South Asheville Townhome, with outdoor space, and contemporary design. This 3-bedroom townhome features two king and one queen bedrooms.
The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 2 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Located in South Asheville, drivable to shopping, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and live music venues. The Biltmore Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away.

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Great place and location. It would have been better if there were stairs to get into the hot tub, and some spices and seasonings, aluminum foil etc. The beds were great and overall it was a great stay.

The house was in impeccable shape, and the hot tub, even in the summer, was amazing. We really enjoyed staying at this property and will hopefully stay again the next time we are in Asheville.

Nice townhouse in wooded residential area

Overall very pleased with updated property and provided amenities. But definitely not mountain views, just a row of thick trees 12’ from back of house. Nice and clean but we killed a bunch of ants that were running wild

WARNING***Sent to the Wrong Rental

WARNING*****We paid extra money so that each person would have their own bathroom. Upon arrival, we noticed the rental did not have the 2.5 bathrooms listed on the rental agreement. We contacted the Towns Property Management to let them know the rental only had 2 bathrooms. The next day, they corrected us and said it had 2.5 bths and went on to explain the difference between a full and half bth. In our next message, we asked where the 0.5 bth was located. After several hours Townsend messaged that the rental only had 2 bths. It seemed as if Townsend doesn't know very much about their rentals. We asked for the location of the rental with 2.5 bths and was told that they only have rental with 2 bths even though they had messaged us that morning to verify the rental had 2.5 bths and meaning of full and half baths. Townsend suggested we contact VRBO, and then VRBO suggested we contact Townsend. Townsend has not replied to any of our last 3 messages. In everything we signed and agreed to during the booking of this rental we agreed to all the rules, policies, and listed detailed responsibilities. The fact that we were sent to the wrong rental does not seem to be a big problem for Townsend Property Management or VRBO. We continue to address this fracture in the contract.

Quiet location. A short drive to restaurants. 20 minutes to the Biltmore. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Water outage

The water was out and we understand that was not the owners fault. However the communication was not very good at all. I sent an email telling what all we did and that we were gone and never got a response back. The communication was very short and snippy. When I asked how to turn off the hot tub (I didn’t know if there was special instructions) the response was use the power button.

Location & Hot tub!

My husband and I stayed 6 nights here in October. The location is perfect, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and on a quiet, dead end road. Had 3 huge beds, 2 of which are downstairs with their own bathroom and TV area. The kitchen is conveniently stocked. Everything's clean. There's garage parking. The hot tub was great but no privacy from your neighbors and there was a funky odor nearby, like a sewer line. A privacy screen might help with both problems. Overall, I would stay here again
