Lovely house on the canal.

Very nice short stay: excellent location and all the comforts in the house were as expected. 10 am checkout a bit early. Empty bbq gas bottle was a problem. Cleaning fee charged was somewhat excessive.

Thank you for your review of our property. We are very proud to share it with our guests. As mentioned we are happy for a gas bottle refill at our expense so when you next stay please remember that we offer that option for you. We appreciate the feedback on the 10am checkout. Gorgeous property on the water

Lovely home right on the water, great outdoor entertaining and pool. Huge living areas and Ideal for 10 guests. Unfortunately very very limited cleaning supplies , extremely old and manky washing up sponge, only 1 T-towel and tiny vacuum supplied. So can understand why the cleanliness was not great. But otherwise amazing property and would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Great space, as described. Very quiet & relaxing & comfortable. Particularly well furnished with kitchen things like plenty of platters, plastic glasses for pool etc which was appreciated. Contact was good & an issue we had on arrival was addressed very promptly. Minor things to note garage fridge was very dirty. It didn’t bother us as we were only there a few days but for longer stays where second fridge is needed it would be annoying. We were advised coffee machine didn’t work but it only needed descaling. We wished we’d had a couple more nights.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for recommending the property. 😊 We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the space and found it quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. It’s great to know the extra kitchen items and pool-friendly touches were appreciated as well. We’re also glad our team was able to respond quickly to the issue you experienced on arrival — providing prompt assistance is very important to us. Thank you for also highlighting the garage fridge and coffee machine. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure these are checked so future guests can enjoy everything without inconvenience. It’s wonderful to hear you wished you could have stayed longer — that’s always the best compliment! We hope to welcome you back to Bribie Island for another stay soon. 🏝️ Warm regards, First National Bribie Island
