You'll enjoy this lovely two bedroom oceanfront condominium in Barrington Court!
The kitchen is nicely kept with updated cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen will be fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living area is nicely appointed with a sleeper sofa and loveseat with HDTV.
The Primary bedroom on the right side of the condo contains a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom is very nice with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the condo is the guest bedroom which boasts two twin beds, wall-mounted HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean and the immaculate grounds of the Barrington Enclave! The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!

Work Zones: This project has three waves. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Scaffolding will be present for the duration.
Noise: Noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Spaces may be limited due to equipment.
***BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT***
Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change)
This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
Complex Pool dates are subject to change without notice and are not in our control.
Heated: October 1-November 30 | March 1 - April 30
Cooled: July 15-August 15
No pets are allowed at this property.
