Condo was clean, and convenient to the beach. Lots of space for our family to spread out when needed! We loved having both pools and beach as options, and really loved the included beach chairs and wagon! Host was very responsive to messages and did everything she could to make it the best stay!

As a "new" guest, we appreciate your rental and communication prior to and after your stay, and particularly your great review of our Villa. Considerable efforts have gone into ensuring the villa has accommodations of a home, so that all our guests have to pack are their clothes, toiletries and "creature comforts". We look forward to a future time when you will return for vacation and consider another visit to our place. Thank you!

Darlene, we thank you for your review. If I recall the timing correctly, the HOA accomplished some refurbishment of both of our pools just after your visit. So plan on a return visit and bring the group back to our Villas for a return vacation! We look forward to hearing from you!

Close to beach

The place was clean and in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable and the foosball table wasn’t level so it wasn’t fun to play.

Thank you for your nice review and for letting us know about these issues. The Foos ball table is frequently enjoyed yet it is built in such a way that it is not supposed to be moved. As you know it must be moved within the space provided.. Just this week we have someone reinforcing the legs so that it can better move along the tile floor without destabilizing. Thanks for sharing!

Great Week with the Family

The property was clean, organized, and had all the little things that seem to be missing at most other places. The only complaint would be the loud screen door. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Courtside! The condo was nicely decorated and felt like we were at home. Everything was taken care of and having the extra perk of extra beach stuff to use was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

One summer before college I worked in Hilton Head at a time when there was only one hotel and downtown Sea Pines just had the lighthouse! Many vacations on the Island later . . . the Hospitality Industry became my life and as a corporate event planner creating memorable high-level meeting experiences, this warm and inviting Villa just drew us in!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Vacation is all about the sand, the sea, the Carolina moon and of course, the sea breezes at South Forest Beach! Spend time with family and friends, enjoy all the nearby entertainment options or concentrate on quiet time reading and relaxing. Courtside offers a great location to the traveler, and we enhance your stay by offering a warm, inviting and relaxed environment where you can enjoy your treasured time away to create your own memories.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Enjoy the colors of the ocean and of weathered driftwood that blend to create the personality of this condo. It actually makes you FEEL that you are on vacation at the beach, equipped with all the extras of home. From the front entrance foyer to the covered balcony where you view the pool and palm trees, it results in a mood change ....and you just exhale! Consistently upgraded and immaculately maintained, we take pride in creating an environment for our guests to experience that includes all the detailed touches of home.
