- Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles for this unit. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!
- Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.
- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Great Unit, Close To Everything!

This unit was perfect for our stay! The check-in process was easy and the hosts were very welcoming, even offering early arrival if we needed it. This unit was immaculately clean and it was fully stocked with everything that we would need for our 6 day stay. This unit was also within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We will absolutely be staying in this unit again!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect! The view from the 12th floor was fantastic - not too high and not too low. As far as appliances, they have everything you need (Keurig and drip coffee maker!). There's even a closet with extra beach toys if you happen to forget yours. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but mattresses are a personal preference anyway. :) The location is absolutely perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Pier Park is practically right outside of the condo and Shuckum's (a family favorite) is just a short walk away. Walmart is a very short drive - just down Powell Adams Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again. The hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay.

A time was had at Calypso

I love the location of the property. It's right in the heart of Panama City Beach. The kids really enjoyed the beach, not to mention the large pool area. They spent countless hours there. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had all the kitchen items needed to cook our meals. The only issue I had was the operation of the dishwasher but our host Jenny walked me through how to get it working perfectly and in a timely manner. Thank you so much Jenny and Barbara for making our stay so pleasant. We shall return!

Great condo.

We had a great stay! We had two full families and the condo accommodated 4 kids and 4 adults well. We loved the ease of parking and being right on the beach! They were so accommodating with schedule changes due to the hurricane also. Very helpful!

Beautiful View - Perfect Location

Our stay was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Waking up to the sounds of the waves and drinking coffee on the balcony each morning, having everything so close we walked to Pier Park each evening for dinner. The condo is perfect for a family, although it was just the 2 of us there is plenty of space for a family or several couples. We hope to return again.

Premium Beach Condos is the best rental agency.

We really enjoyed our stay in our condo at the Calypso this year. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The view of the water and beach while sitting on the comfortable deck chairs was great. We do a lot of walking and having the town of Pier Park so close gives us a great place to walk. We will be looking forward to staying in this condo again next winter.

Great location

We had a great short stay here. The condo was right on water which made for easy access to the beach. The condo even had couple of floats and sand toys my kids loved. Only improvement I seen would be some softer mattresses. Overall I give the place 5 star! Super easy checking in and out! We would definitely be back!

5/5 recommend The condo was decorated beautifully. Checking in and out was a breeze. The owners respond to texts promptly. Beautiful view. Perfect location right next to pier park. Free chairs and an umbrella during our stay. The balcony is huge and the pool is nice.

Fantastic week!!

This condo is amazing! Very clean and just as described in the listing. I actually think the condo is nicer than the pictures make it look. I received several emails from the owner prior to our arrival that gave all of the information needed for our checkin which made it so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our Calypso vacation.

We spent 10 weeks in this condo as we are snow-birds from the cold mid-west. It is a very comfortable condo. Has all the comforts as our own home. If there are any issues Jenny or Nicky take care of it right away. Of course, the Calypso is located in the best area, within walking distance to Pier Park. We have spent many years there and enjoyed our condo so much we have rebooked it for next year.

THE BEST!! You won't be disappointed!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about our stay at Calypso 1208E!! Everything was easy... from booking, the entire stay, and even checkout. The condo was SO clean! The furnishings were perfect. AND.... this location is my most favorite in PCB! Beautiful condo

Overall this was a beautiful condo in a great location. The only complaint we had were the beds were absolutely awful. Super cheaply made mattresses on every bed including the master. Honestly the mattress would keep me from booking this room again

PCB SPRING BREAK

My two friends and I took our teenage daughters to Panama City for spring break. The location of the condo was perfect. The kids could walk to pier Pier Park. The condo itself had everything we needed there was a little confusion with the beach chairs however the manager found us chairs until our reserved chairs became available. I would highly recommend this condo or any that this group manages.

Great location!

Our unit in the East Tower was nice but a bit outdated… one of the recliners was pungent and needs to be replaced. The bathrooms are both outdated and the bathtub plugs both had black mold on them. There was a ridiculous amount of dust and some debris underneath the bed… and the mattresses need to be updated! These items should’ve been nicer for the amount spent! Overall, I’d stay somewhere else for the amount spent!
