This spacious Calypso, east tower, 3BR, 2BA unit sleeps 8 and offers stunning views of the Gulf Coast. With TWO King Bedrooms, it's ideal for two couples. - Rental Agreement: After booking, you’ll receive an email to sign the rental agreement and addendum electronically—complete it ASAP to secure your reservation.

- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

Great condo in prime location!

This condo was great. Nice, clean and kept up. The condo was within walking distance of several restaurants and Pier Park which we loved. Owners were super easy to contact with prompt responses. Overall great condo for price point. Will definitely book here again.

Hands down.. best stay we’ve experienced thus far! The property was exactly as advertised, and the booking, checking in/out was all so easy. Everything in this unit was exactly as described. Well stocked, comfortable furnishings, updated electronics, and great communication. Every was clean, and as described. Views were beautiful. Daily chairs on the beach were a nice amenity. Just be sure to get your chair numbers daily and early. I was under the impression the chairs assigned on day one were your chair numbers all week. I also, thought there would be information on accessing the "free daily activity pass" in the booking description. I never did figure it out.

For the beach chairs, the resort policy is to assign them for the duration of your stay (or at least 7 days at a time), so you shouldn’t need to reselect chairs each day. Thanks for letting us know about the glitch. We’ll coordinate directly with beach services and the resort to make sure that’s what they're doing for future guests. Regarding the Xplorie free activities, we’ll make sure those access details are more clearly outlined. Peaceful Vacation

This vacation at Calypso Towers in Panama City Beach Florida was the best family vacation we've had in years..It was so peaceful and nothing but great vibes and waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise with the sound of the waves, to relaxing on the beach watching the sunset..You couldn't ask for a better peaceful vacation...Thank You Again Premium Beach Condos for the awesome rooms and balcony view..Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway 😊👍

Absolutely stunning!!!

We were celebrating my daughter’s high school graduation and 18th birthday!! The condo was just like the photos. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated!! We will absolutely be using this condo only for our future PCB trips!!!

Great vacation at Calypso East Tower.

Our 3rd time staying at Calypso East Tower. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed. It was very clean, which is impressive anywhere you go. You can tell this is well taken care of. It was great dealing with Premium Beach Condo's. They emailed weekly before our arrival to keep us updated on everything that was available to us. They also followed up with us on any questions we had. I will definitely book thru them again in the future. Can't wait until next year to get the same condo.

Amazing!

We loved our condo. Everything was perfect. We stay at calypso tower 2x a year and its always a great choice. We stay with different rental groups but premium beach condos was the best so far. We had no issues, but if we did im confident they would have taken care of them promptly.

Great condo!

The condo had a great amount of room for our family of 4 and a friend with her daughter. The kitchen was well equipped (but bring salt and pepper!) the 10th floor was easily accessible with three elevators leading up to it. We were able to walk and push strollers easily to pier park for eating and shopping. The only downfall were several steps to the beach which was hard packing beach stuff and little kiddos, but that is being extremely picky over a great place!

PCB staff GOAT

The staff was great to work with very informative Room was clean and stocked well with kitchen utensils etc. only thing missing can opener so we bought one . All appliances worked. A wallet was lost on Friday we contacted the staff at PCB they was very helpful they contacted the beach rental guys that set up the chairs on the beach and Saturday morning at 6:30 am received a text wallet was found and nothing was missing!! Will use PCB for next trip to Florida😎

We've had no other complaints about the mattress since your departure but we're sending maintenance to check the supports and mattress to assess and address it. We want all of our guests to be comfortable. In the future if you need assistance with an issue during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We often have toppers available or if a broken mattress or box springs needs replacement we can usually resolve that quickly. We do hope you'll return for next year's Ironman!

Very nice condo

This was our fourth trip to PCB and fourth different condo, this was the best. Very clean, well furnished, everything we needed. Calypso is in a prime part of PCB near Pier Park and lots of other stuff. Only negative, which had nothing to do with the condo, management or Calypso, is the number of people on the premisis trying to use the pool. Please consider your temperance for having lots of people around if you plan to visit in a peak month. The pool and beach would be very packed, causing some tempers to flare as everybody tried to get a chair or a space. Parking was ample, however, even for the large number of people staying in the buildings.

We had a carrier on our vehicle that didn’t fit into the garage so we had to take it off and put it in the room I asked questions in the garage and they didn’t know anything so we just took it off and put it in the room the next day I seen people park outside And we could’ve parked there outside and left the carrier on, but nobody told us that so that would be one thing maybe if you have a taller vehicle like the trucks or I had a small SUV with the carrier on top it wasn’t too bad to take it off. It was hot as we arrived. I wish some of that could’ve been posted a little bit, but besides that everything was very, very nice and that still wasn’t that bad at least it fit in our room And it was easy to get on and off. Everything was close we rented a six passenger golf cart for a day and drove along. The coast was very nice. We rented a pontoon and went to Shell Island and that was nice. The pool was perfect and the beach was perfect. The two chairs were nice and easy to get.

Property was well maintained and in the perfect location. The view was amazing! It was the perfect amount of space for my family of five. Would definitely stay here again!!!
